The young adult walked through the hallways peacefully. Bubbly almost, yet bored. Her hands behind her back.
She smiled as she crossed the way of a man in a labcoat.

"How's your job, silly?" she gave him a smile of disappointment, disgusted by the pathetic human being in front of her.

"Are you satisfied?" his cold  undertone gave his words a sharp taste.

"Oh, I am! And I will be even more satisfied if you don't hurry up moving your pathetic ass out of my sight!"
The tall woman kept her cool, yet was filled with hatred. Enough hatred to keep her going through the days in prison.

She made her way further forward, as she stopped near a door.
She knocked a whole three times, then entered. The office was empty.
She approached the desk placed on the right side of the room.
Her gaze fell onto a schedule showing that the person she was expecting to see here, was currently busy with another mutant.

The young adult made her way out of the office, closing the door behind herself, heading towards the testing room. Or, as it was known under the facility inmates, "torture chamber".
There she was, leaning against the bullet-proof window, waiting for the only human she had ever showed any form of respect for to walk out of the testing room.

The door opened. A middle aged woman walked out, still taking a few single notes on the clipboard in her hand.

"How was todays play hour, hm?"
The mutant glared at the human.

"Well, so far we've been gaining quite a few new information about the objects mutation."

"Spill the beans!"

The woman flipped through the pages on her clipboard. "Gender; undefined, mutation specification; skincell overgrow that is retractable and also includes the growth and retraction of blood vessels, muscles, tendons. All in all, a quite interesting individual. Next time, we will check on it's bones, if they grow or can regrow if being removed."

The mutant fixed her glasses as her gaze went from the human to the other mutant being carried out from the room in a wheelbarrow.
"You think all of this is really necessary?"

The human lead the way back to her office, having the mutant follow her.
"Indeed. It obviously has a sense of pain and it's able to express it. We removed part of the overgrown flesh prior to its retraction and I can't wait to take a closer look. It doesn't seem to grow back or heal immedeatly."

"So you thing it's a great idea to remove a whole bone? What do you expect from this?"

"A promotion." the human put down her notes, opening a drawer, taking a folder from it.

"I see. That's actually quite disappointing."
