"Bryce, don't you think you should give Lilia some time as well? She's your best friend... you can't just drop her out of your life" Addison said.

"She doesn't care, Babe" Bryce said shaking his head.

"She does though... you don't see the way she looks at both of us when you refuse to hang out with her because of me. Relationships aren't an excuse to forget others in your life" Addison explained.

"But you know how much you mean to me. I like giving you all of my time!" Bryce said.

"She was in your life before me! Don't forget that!" Addison said. Bryce just huffed and rolled his eyes.

"Okay, fine. Ask her if she wants to go to hers and your favourite hot dog place. You don't know how happy she'll get with just an hour of spending time with you" Addison said.

"How do you know what she feels like?" Bryce asked.

"Because i've been there." Addison said.

Flashback*******
"HEY CHICKEN HEAD!" Addison yelled at her best friend.

"TODAYS FRIDAY! AND YOUR PAYING LOSER!" Addison excitedly yelled at her best friend.

"Addi, I can't go today. I'm taking Gabby on a date today. Sorry Adds." Brandon said.

"But we used to go every Friday... we never missed even one week... it was always our thing..." Addison mumbled. "But its whatever! We can go next week or something!" Addison said.

few weeks later

"Brandon! We're getting ice cream today right?" Addison asked.

"Shit! Sorry dude! I'm meeting Gabby's parents today! I promise next week!" Brandon said.

"I love Gabby, but she really stole my spot in your life didn't she?" Addison scoffed.

"Its not like that" Brandon replied.

"It is though. You'd even get ice cream with me on Fridays if you had a sore throat and now? We never even hang out. We used to be inseparable. I don't care that you're in a relationship and she needs time from you too, my only problem is that we rarely even talk! Your my best friend since grade 1 Brandon... it hurts when the only person you have also starts to forget you" Addison said before walking away.

"Go hang out with her. Today!" Addison said,

"alright" Bryce said picking up his phone and calling Lilia.

"Hey Bryce" She said.

"Hey demonic child" Bryce said.

"It's been a while since you've called me that" Lilia softly laughed.

"How's Addison? It's been a while since i've talked to her" She asked.

"She's alive and breathing" Bryce said, making me laugh.

"Can we go get hot dogs? It's hot dog Monday . I'll be kind and pay or something I guess" Bryce said.

I heard Lilia gasp.

"Are you for real?!" She asked.

"Mhm. I'm picking you up in 15." Bryce said.

Lilia screeched and hung up.

"See, you made her so happy." Addison said.

"Thank the lord that you two don't hate each other" Bryce chuckled.

"She's just not like other "boyfriends female friends" type of a girl" Addison shrugged.
