Oodle is a demigod from another dimension that was frozen in time until a living being made entirely of antimatter restarted his system. He now hosts an object show called Animated Inanimate Battle with his TV co host name Tivo. He has the power to recover dead people, morph his hands into weapons, and create portals to other dimensions.

Specials:
B: Doodle bomb Oodle throws a smoke bomb onto the battlefield and then the bomb sprays sleeping gas, putting anyone in it's range into a deep slumber. Also, the more damage they have, the longer they'll be asleep for. You can only have up to two on the battlefield. Each one goes for 5 seconds before having it were off.
Side B: Doodle hammer Oodle morphs his hand into a hammer for a few seconds while slamming opponents dealing heavy damage or shield brakes. You can charge up the attack by holding down the B button. If you charge it long enough, you could get an instant KO, but if you charge for too long, he will freeze and collapse, causing a major cooldown.
Up B: Doodle rockets Oodle jumps up and his feet suddenly become rockets that shoot him up into thr air at an extremely fast rate. Then the rockets malfunction and he plummets into freefall. This move is a lot like Diddy Kong's Up B but without the charging. The rockets have a very small chance to malfunction midflight and cause Oodle to free fall anyway.
Down B: Tivo Oodle tosses a cube onto the battlefield and it transforms into a tv monitor. Tivo cannot be KOed. The only way to get rid of Tivo is to be launched off the stage or losing a stock. Tivo also leaves after 30 seconds. The main reason to have Tivo is that he can slowly heal you and gives you a major stat boost.
FS: The Doodle-verce A canvas with a picture of a landscape made from crayons drops from the sky and sucks anyone within it's range into the canvas. The players that are caught slowly show up on the canvas. Then they are shot out of the canvas, causing massive damage.
Taunts:
D-pad up He does a funny little dance and then waves.
D-pad down He belches and then stands idly for a few seconds.
D-pad sides He does another funny little dance.
Victory poses:
VP1 He floats down to the floor by making himself into a parachute with Tvio lowering down by his rockets, then they both make a pose.
VP2 A mountain is shown. The camera pans up to reveal Oodle and Tivo on the top. Oodle takes out a flagpole and sticks it in the mountain with Flaggy jumping onto the flagpole and flows with the wind.
VP3 Tivo appears and switches channels to show Oodle sliding from the left and makes the same pose he makes in the intro.
