ethan and karl haven't really said 'i love you' to each other before, even after officially getting together. one day ethan decides to cook breakfast just for the hell of it and when heisenberg thanks him, ethan slips out an 'i love you'. heisenberg simply melts and it's just mushy fluff the entire time :)
