Britney POV

BRITNEY! Wake up you have SCHOOL today!!" My mom shouted. " I KNOW why don't you SHUT UP!" I definitely wasn't a morning person.

I groaned as I got up. After I freshened up, I put on a t-shirt, some jeans, heels, and a leather jacket. Then I fixed my hair up into a bun. I grabbed my bag and my phone and I headed downstairs.

I saw my mom sitting down at the table looking at her phone. "Well? Can we go? I'm going to be late!"
"Oh sorry sweetheart." I rolled my eyes.
After my mom dropped me off I immediately saw my friends Jane, Allie, and Jessica.

When I walked up to them I looked at Jessica. "Wow you actually look good today." She rolled her eyes at me, and I laughed at her. Jane and Allie were whispering to each other. I raised my eyebrow.

"What are you guys talking about?"
"Nothing important." Jane told me.
"Well if it wasn't important why were you guys whispering, hm?"
"Just let it go, Britney"Allie told me.
"Fine, whatever."

As the four of us were walking down the hall, all eyes were on us. When I got to my locker I got my books and saw a note slip out one of my books. I put the note in my bag, said my goodbyes to Jane, Allie and Jessica and I headed off to class.

When school was over I headed over to Jessica's house.

"Hey, come on in." Her mom said.

I went on up to Jessica's room to find her watching Netflix.

"Hey Jessi"
"Britney, hey! Uh w-what are you doing here?"
"What, am I not suppose to be here?" I smirked.
"No, no I just didn't expect you to be here, so uh why are you here?"
"I just wanted to visit a friend." I smiled.

Then I remembered about the note I got this morning. I went in my bag and took the note out.

"What does that say?" Jessica said.
"Well I'm about to find out."

I unfolded the note and it read:

Watch your back bitch.

My face dropped.
