Two-hearted: a Hunter and Cerise fanfic book 1

Chapter 1

(Cerise's POV)

I was running through the forest with my wolf friend Carmine, when I saw Hunter he hadn't seen me so I hid in a bush and watched him quietly he looked around he started quietly walking to a trap with a squirrel in it he opened just enough for the squirrel to get out he tried to close it slowly but he slammed his fingers in it instead, his fingers began to bleed "dang it" he said

(Hunter's POV)

I can't believe I just cut my fingers I was just letting that squirrel go I grabbed my satchel and dug through it with my not bleeding hand I found the bandages and wrapped my bleeding fingers. I felt like I was being watched I noticed something red sticking out of the nearby bush I pretended not to see it I carefully slowly edged my way over to the bush I grabbed the red object. . .

(Cerise's POV)

Something started strongly pulling my hood I looked through the bush it was Hunter, his warm hazel eyes meant mine "Cerise?" Said Hunter "you were watching me!" He gasped "so what" I replied "cmon Cerise that's rude don't watch me!" He argued "ok ok fine sorry Hunter" I finally said,"thank you" he replied His mirror phone rung it was Ashlynn, Hunter picked smiling "hey ash!" He said "what!" He said his smile turned into a frown "ok I will miss you bye" he hung up "what happened Hunter?" I asked "Ashlynn's destiny has started she has to go with some Prince Charming" he said sadly "I am sorry Hunter" I said "it's ok I guess we might be safe now though" he said "what do you mean?" I asked "me and Ashlynn are from two different fairytales we might have gone poof!" "Oh come on Hunter you actually believe that garbage!" I said

(Hunter's POV)

"It's real Cerise we could of gone poof!" I protested "but you didn't!" said Cerise "whateverafter" I replied, there was an awkward silence for 30 secs "I have to go to class" said Cerise breaking the silence, she ran off fast. *thud* "ow!" A large acorn fell on my head I had a feeling it was thrown "pesky!" I yelled when I found my annoying pet squirrel still throwing acorns at me, laughed his little annoying laugh and threw four acorns at once "your gonna get it!" I warned he blew the raspberry at me and I grabbed him "I warned you!" I said throwing I single acorn at him I didn't have the heart to harm him again. The son of a huntsman doesn't even have the heart to throw more than one acorn at a squirrel.

(Cerise POV)

It's not fair! Professor rumplestilkskin is making study up to page 34 and we've only studied up to chapter 2 "I can not tell I lie and that's well that's not very nice" Said Cedar Wood rumplestilkskin just laughed. Just then Hunter came in the class "hey Hunter" Called Dexter charming "hey Dexter" replied Hunter professor rumplestilkskin told Hunter he had to sit in the back of the class because he was late Hunter looked sad his eyes weren't sparkling the way they used to, I have to confess I have a crush on Hunter.

(Hunter's POV)

I caught Cerise looking me again she blushes and pulls her hood tighter around her every time I catch her. It sucks being in the back there's a bunch of weirdo kids in the back most of the time they stare at me other times the poke me and try to make me angry since I am the son of the huntsman. "stop poking me dude!" I yelled, the boy just laughed I rolled my eyes, I ignored the continuous poking finally I pushed the boy off his feet "stop" I commanded he stopped. Cerise was looking at me again before she looked away I smiled at her she blushed and smiled back. there was a low beep on my mirror phone it was a hext from Cerise "want to have a picnic in the enchanted forest?" She asked I hexted back "sure what time?" I asked "I could do 6:15" she replied "hexcellent" I hexted back

(Cerise's POV)

It was 5:45 I was getting ready I wore my special hood by the time I was done it was 6:01 I ran to the middle of the enchanted forest there was a picnic blanket but no Hunter I was confused but then someone grabbed my arm I almost growled but realized it was Hunter " you scared me!" I scolded him "sorry" he did a playful smirk "race you to the well" I yelled suddenly we bolted toward the well I sped up I touched the well "I win!!" I declared "aww no fair" said Hunter in a fake baby voice I laughed "don't be a sore loser Hunter" I replied laughing all of the sudden Hunter pulled me to the ground and tickled me I was very ticklish it was very hard not to get tickled because I was trying to keep my hood up, I didn't bother pinning it up. "Hunter stop" I said laughing he finally stopped. I reached for his hand he immediately took it. "I guess I will see you around" Hunter said after 5 mins "bye Hunter" I said ,he waved I started walking back to the center of the forest I laughed because we never even sat with the picnic stuff.

(Cerise And Hunter's POV)
We are so Two-hearted...

(Hunter's POV)

It all happened so fast me and Cerise I thought laying on my bed "I am dying of boredom!" I said "me too" said my dorm room partner Dexter "hey where were you last night?" Dexter asked "I was erm... At the night club whoop whoop" I lied "oh gort I forgot my stuff at the cafeteria be right back" said Dexter, I flopped back on my bed I grabbed the red rose that was supposed to be for Cerise but I forgot it.

(Cerise's POV)

I ran down the hall until I reached "Apple and Raven's dorm I knocked "hello?" I said the door swung open I slowly walked in looking around very carefully "booooo!!!" Yelled Raven my eyes turned yellow I growled "oh sorry Raven but please don't do that" I said "I thought you were duchess swan trying to steal something.

I sat at the well when I saw Hunter running like he was being chased "HUNTER!?!" I yelled "NO TIME!" He replied running into the distance.

(Hunter's POV)

No time no time ok here's what happened *flashback* "hey Ginger" I said "hello Hunter" she said while flipping her hair "are you still single?" She asked softly trying not to hurt my feelings "I have a new girlfriend sorry Ginger if I could look for a boy for you ok" I replied "really?" She gasped "yea I guess" I said then ran off to see what Raven was doing she always was doing the most interesting things with magic "are you doing anything with magic today Raven?" I asked Raven "yea I am going to try a sleeping curse" she said doing an evil cackle I backed away "I am just joking but I am doing sleeping curse anyway not for you or anyone else! Just for fun ok?" She said "ok" I replied she started pouring different colors of liquids in a single jar "ok here it is" she said she started for the door but slipped and dropped the sleeping curse water on the floor it got on her she started to say "Hunt..." Before her head fell to the floor I ran to her picked her up carefully avoided the sleeping water and walked out the door "Apple!!" I called "is everythi... Raven!" Apple said rushing over to me and Raven "she slipped in her sleeping curse water" I said sadly "only true loves kiss can wake her know" said Apple mournfully "wait don't you have to drink it for it to work?" I asked "she must have made the other kind then" she replied "Get Dexter!!!" Yelled Apple "why?" I asked "because I am your future queen so do it please" she explained "quick there's no time!" Shrieked Apple I stared to run to the enchanted forest *end of flashback*

(Cerise's POV)

I caught up "Hunter what happened?" I asked "need...Dexter....Raven...No...time.." He said before falling to the ground, "Hunter?!?" I yelled I started to ran for help but I bumped into Dexter "Dexter Raven needs you!" I said "she does I think Hunter said he needs you to go to Raven or something like that just go find Apple or Raven go now!" I commanded Dexter ran faster then I saw him ever run I kneeled next to Hunter who was still out I noticed his hand was wet but the water was blue like sleeping curse water "he needs true loves kiss" I whispered I leaned in to his face my lips touched mine I kissed him long but gently he woke up 2 mins after "Cerise!" He grabbed me and kissed me once more.
