Chpt. 2

It had been 2 days since Jasmin was able to successfully cast the necromancer spell and school had now started back and she was not looking forward to it. She groaned as she walked towards the school only to be run into by a boy around her age with odd red eyes and shiny black hair.

"Oh shit I'm sorry" he said holding his hand out for her to take and she did so reluctantly.

"Ow that hurt can't you watch where you're going?!" She was annoyed by this first thing in the morning.

"I'm sorry I was just in a rush and accidentally ran into you" he helped her up and she glared at him

"It's fine I guess" she rolled her eyes and smiled

"I'm Daniel people just call me Danny and if you're wondering about the eyes well my father is a demon and everyone here kind of hates me because of that" he looked very sad

"I'm Jasmin and I just moved here I'm a witch and so is my mom" as she said that his eyes lit up and he looked super excited

"What?" She looked confused

"It's so nice to meet another person who's not a stuck up church goer who treats me like I'm the devil" he grabbed her by the arm and began to run

"Hey what the fuck?!" She was shocked

"We're gonna be late to school if we don't hurry the hell up" he replied

"Oh" her arm was still being held firmly by him but she didn't mind at this point

"Made it just in time" he had let go of her arm at that point and started rubbing it

"Uhm I need help finding my classes" she pulled out her schedule she received yesterday and he took it and read it.

"Looks like you got all your classes with me" he handed it back

"Just follow me" and with that they set off to their first class of the day

They arrived and it was a weird classroom it had the number 13 on it which most people considered bad luck also it had everything related to supernatural creatures and Halloween on it.

"This is our monster history class we learn this to better understand them and why they do what they do also because we have people like you and me that will be coming to this school soon since the school wants to add hybrids and witches to our mix" he was pointing around the room at many odd and interesting things.

"Wow so even with all the stuck up church goers they're gonna allow more people like you and me here? That's surprising" she took in everything there was and she was very amazed

"Yeah the mayor thinks it'll be a good idea since there's alot of people here that are things like angels so they wanted to add non angels here" he took a seat and she took the one beside him and he smiled at her.

"Oh angels? That's new never heard of them being here" she said

"Yeah they work at the church and around it too keeping what's in the dark forest out" he replied

"Interesting" she started at him

"What?" He asked cocking his head to the side

"Your eyes they're very beautiful and interesting" she smiled which causes him to turn bright red and look away

"Ah thanks not many people say that about my eyes they're usually called ugly and while we're on the subject I really like you're eyes they're a mix between orange and green heterochromia and also partial heterochromia right? Your right eye is orange and your left is eye is green and brown it's very pretty" he admired her odd eye color.

"Thanks and yes it is my grandmother has full heterochromia and my mom has partial heterochromia" she replied

"Interest-" he was cut off as a girl came in with blonde hair and blue eyes and she came straight to them.

"So who's the new freak?" She asked pointing to Jasmin

"She is not a freak" he stood up and glared at her

"If she's hanging around you she must be one of the biggest freaks here" she smirked knowing that got under his skin

"Why don't you go and fuck off somewhere Claira? No one likes you, you only think they do because you spread your legs all the time but you also spread gossip too" he was angry like really angry

"Oh go fuck yourself you're just jealous because I'm popular and you're a nobody loser who's daddy is a damn filthy demon" she shot back

"I-" just as he was about to say something the teacher came in and he shut his mouth and sat down not wanting to anger Mr. Alden

"Hello class I see we have a new student" he said pointing to Jasmin and that's when she realized everyone was already in the classroom causing her to become anxious.

There was whispering and snickering amongst the class but was quickly silenced by the teacher who said that just because she was different than them doesn't mean they can gossip and laugh about her it was impolite.

"Psst jasmin" danny whispered

She ignored him and continued to listen to the teacher.

"Jasmin" he whispered again this time poking her with his pencil.

"What?!" She whispered back very annoyed.

"We should leave school straight after this class since the classes after this are boring and we have a religious study class last we can come back for that class but skip the rest" he whispered

"Are you nuts?! No way in hell I'm skipping" she whispered again angrily

"Ah come on it won't be THAT bad also you're a witch right? Just make us some doubles to take our place" he whispered

"No I can't do that but fine I'll join you anyways" she whispered back now focusing on the lesson.

Timeskip

Class had now ended and they ran out the school really quickly and into the more wooded area of the town. They ended up back at Jasmin's house and Danny looked excited.

"Where are we?" He asked excitedly obviously never being in this part of the town

"My home" she replied walking up to it

"Wow really?! That's so frickin cool let's go in!" He ran to the door and she followed

"Ok my mom isn't home right now she left earlier when I did to go and hunt werewolves" she unlocked the door opening it to reveal her small cozy home.

"So cool" he said as he ran in and examined everything there was

"What's this?" He asked pointing to a locked door

"The basement my mom has it locked because she keeps her pet in there who's a very ferocious wolf" she said while opening the fridge and grabbing some cheesecake out of it shutting the door back.

"Oh really?" He was still so amazed by everything there was as he obviously had never been in a witches house.

"Yep" she replied while heading to her room with her cheesecake.
