Everything feels heavy. Her body. Her thoughts. Her memory. The air around her being sucked by unknown source and she feels as if there's none left for her to breathe. The ground feels shaken frequently and everything else feels floating around in the mid air.

To her everything feels real.

Increasing breathing. Rapid heartbeat. Feverish body. Limp limbs.

Calm down, Aviva. It's okay. I'm okay. I'm okay...

After a brief cooling-talk-to-myself moment, she goes to the kitchen to prepare herself a tea. A chamomile tea.

A part of her felt relieved and secure after drinking tea but the other part of her started to think if the guy from earlier was really him.

If it's him, then why bother to come here? Why now? What was he doing then?

Too many questions about single guy. But why bother now. So she ignores all of it then goes to her study table to actually do some work.

Aviva is a writer and also freelancer artist. She loves her words and arts almost the same. She started painting when she was 10 years old. Her mother being art lover, would hire artists to make her involved in childhood. Who knew she would continue enjoying art so much. Her father used to do desk job alot. Aviva would watch her father while he works in his office. She used to play with her father's crystal clear paper stone which had rose petals inside. While seeing her father, she used to write short lines about him. Fast forward later, she still wonders how she got inspired to write just by looking her father.

Maybe Aviva wanted to have something commun with her parents. Both of them.

The door bell shrieked suddenly pulling her into the reality. She didn't expect any visitors. Surely she didn't invite a friend or family member to visit her anytime soon. She tries to ponder whether to open the door or just leave it at that.

She finally decides to open the door lock once the bell rings for the second time.

A fine looking man with cap covering half of his face appears right infront of her. He doesn't look up as if he had something interesting to see on the marble floor.

What is with him? Didn't he ring the bell?

"Excuse me, who are you?"

A muffled voice answered, "I am looking for a room. The landlord said the room in this floor is available"

"Ah, sorry I am not interested to have a roommate. I already had a talk about this to the landlord."

"But I have already signed the contract. Here!"

He then showed the contract to her. The audacity of the landlord. That old man actually gave him the share without telling her. Her apartment. She definitely will give that old man a headache after dealing with this mysterious guy. But come to think of it, where did she see him.

A loud gasps is heard when the guy lifts his head to meet her amber eyes. It's him. His face ever so charming. His blue mesmerizing eyes awakening a warm yet dark part within her. His high define nose with those red soft cupid bow lips drawing attention. The brown locks of his hair now seen clearly as he removes the cap completely from his head. A smile is drawn on his face and looking at her memorizing each part of her face again. As if Aviva didn't do the same.

I forgot how handsome and perfect you are.

His soft melodic laugh brought her down to earth. "I know. What can I say? I am always handsome"

"Stop reading my mind"

She couldn't say anything to him. After what he did to her, what the reason for showing up inform of her house. One top of that, a roommate? Wasn't all those pain and suffering enough?

Why? Just why... Why are you back? Don't you know how you left me for good?... Do you how I lived? All these years.... I...

She felt his strong hands caressing her cheek. She had been shedding tears the moment she saw him. She felt the urge to bawl her eyes out. She didn't care. All she felt was heavy and empty.

Two long arms held her making her feel warm. The feeling of comfort and security now seemed to fill up her heart as she embrace him.

"I am sorry. I had to leave. Please look at me"

No. No. No. Don't want to! I hate you!

"Aah, I see. U hate me but why are you hugging me this tight? Fear that I might disappear?"

"I told you to not to read my thoughts"

A sudden elbow along with leg attack from Aviva was directed towards him. Due to fast relex, he dodged off just in time and started laughing his head off.

"You are too cute, my love. How can I not read your mind when you hardly say anything?"

"I don't think you have the right to call me 'my love' now"

"Don't say that. You are the only one I love. I will explain you everything. Okay? Please listen to me"

"Save it. Along with this contract paper. You can go find another apartment"

The door shut loudly infront of him and he didn't got to say further.
