Past: Glimpse of the Past

Forth's POV

After knowing that my mate is in the same university with me, my life is never been this happy. Imagining how gorgeous he is and have that dominating aura, he is sending me different vibes. The vibe that can put smile in my face, lighten my mood, and makes my day less gloomy. I feel proud that my mate is an Alpha as well who has this reputation as mine.

I don't mind sticking to one partner as long as it's him, that's what I am really thinking. I can now stop the one night stands and side chicks knowing that I have Beam, my mate now. I can now fully understand why my Papa Darvid acted that way over to my Mama Marla since they are mate as well, so possessive. I remember the story that my Papa impregnate her just to make sure that they will end up together since many are courting my Mama during their college days. Though, they are mate my Mama could still reject him. Even I can't help it but to feel possessive as well towards him seeing him having that charm that makes other adore him. How others beg just to have him, to get a taste of him. What if he make someone pregnant with those one night stands?

But it's been a week plus the weekends since we met and still he is not contacting me. I already feeling nervous about his whereabouts. I think so hard if I give the correct number since I really expect that he will contact me.

"Boss, what's with the face?", Park ask me.

We are currently eating in our usual spot in the cafeteria. To say that I am not in the mood today to be disturbed and such is very evident. I even give a hard time to that douchebag head hazer of ours when he ask us to do things for a punishment because of one stupid student, harder than the previous days. If they want to punish someone, that should be for that stupid person only. I really want to hit that guy that cause us running in the oval.

I just shrugged with his question. I am not in the mood of talking as well. I just check my phone while munching my food but still none. I drop my phone in the table that cause noise in the eerie quiet cafeteria. I don't really care if my phone got broke, hell I can buy a new one with the model I want. I just want to release my frustrations now because of that guy who still not contacting me.

"What's with him?", I ask myself while thinking about Beam.

"Forth, what's with you? Are you sex frustrated right now? Don't worry much, today is Friday so you can get a good fuck to release some steam in your body. We can go again to the New Peak if you like as we usually do.", says Max who looks concern about me.

If someone can still talk to me while I am in a beast mode, that's the four of them. They are used to my mood swings, bad temper and being hot headed.

I just glare at him but surely he is not scared. He just raise his hand for submission and make a "zipping my mouth" action in his face.

"But seriously Forth, what is wrong?", Lam ask. "You keep on looking to your phone. Are you expecting someone to contact you?"

I want to tell them about Beam but I want to keep my promise to him. We talk first before letting others know that we are mates. As much as I want them to know my frustrations and to share the good news that I finally found my better half but for now I need to keep quiet to myself due to a promise.

What added more to my not so good mode is the fact that I can't get any from his department. I present myself as the son of the newly elected President and board of the university but nada, I don't get even a lead. For the first time, I used my connection in university but I failed. Seems like the Dean of College of Medicine is loyal to the Baramee - Vongviphan family since they really sponsors a lot to that department after knowing that the youngest will enter the field of scalpel and specula. I just want to know his whereabouts inside the campus, his schedule, his classes, his classroom and where he is spending his free time and like what I have mentioned, I don't get any. I can't squeeze anything from the dean going down to the students.
