After waiting for another few minutes, the same lady said its my turn "Y/N Y/L/N, Mr Kim is waiting for you in his office, at the last floor, down the end of the corridor". Smiling to her I stood up and made my way to the interview.

Walking inside the elevator, I pressed the last level button while the doors closed. Waiting to reach the top floor I started to overthinking if they will accept me and how will it go.

The elevator doors opened and I looked out before making my way down the corridor.

Reaching a big doors that was in a colour of gold, my palms started to sweat as I knocked on the door.

After few seconds that felt like eternity I heard a quiet "come in" so I opened the door and went inside. The office was so big that it took more than half of the top floor. There was a big wooden desk with a computer and few stacks of papers. In front of it was a leather chair facing the other way. I looked around the room to see two sofas in front of each other and a coffee table in the middle. There was a few shelfs with books and awards.

Focusing my mind on how the office looks, I didn't notice that the leather chair is facing the desk I heard someone cough to get my attention and was sitting Mr Kim. He looked so unrealistic in real life as if he came out of some picture. I heard another cough which brought me back to reality to see Mr Kim smirking at me and then saying "are u done staring?", it was so embarrassing that my cheeks turned a deep shade of red while I looked down and then up.

"Y/N Y/L/N?" Mr Kim asked and I only nodded as I couldn't form any words after hearing his deep and attracting voice.

Mr Kim then asked me to sit down in front of him and started to ask me different questions like: How old are you? What are your hobbies? My school grades. Why should he give me this position when there is a lot other people that could do it too?

I answered him with: im 18 soon to b 19. I really like to draw in my free time, go help in animal shelter, and study. Most of my grades were A+.

Time skip

The interview went for another hour.

"I think that's it for today and we will send you a message in the next couple of days if u got in, thank you" Mr Kim said.

I said thank you back while shaking hands with Mr Kim. He walked me to the door when we said our last goodbyes and closed the doors behind me. I went to the elevator and pressed the ground floor. My heart skipped a beat after the interview after talking with Mr Kim.

The elevator door opened and I walked out saying goodbye to the receptionist.

Walking outside the building, breathing the fresh air, the pressure that build inside of me the time I walked inside cooled down. Getting inside the car I squealed like a teenager girl talking with her crush for the first time. I connected my phone to the speaker and played perfect man by BTS.

After the journey home I went outside the car. Opening my house door I took my shoes off and went inside the bathroom to change into some more comfy clothes like sweatpants and an oversized shirt.

I went to my living room and started to play kdrama that I recently started watching named "the tale of nokdu" as I had nothing else to do.
