Mistakes - a story inspired by bendy the bunny

Chapter one - the bad news

(Lillians pov) 

Me and my husband have been trying to adopt for just over a year now, we keep getting turned down for seemingly no reason, which always confused me. We may just not be elligable, which still doesn't make sense, but I can deal with it. We're driving home right now after the last meeting. It's evident we can't adopt. "I'm sorry lilly" I heard my husband say "I know you want kids, but it just won't happen." I look over at him and give him a weak smile, he was a sweat man, that's why I love him. "Thanks for the comfort Charlie" I reply to his sweat words. We reach the house and I walk in, holding the door open for charlie. I walk upstairs and sit on the bed while my husband goes out and gardens. I pull out my book about the paranormal that I've recently began reading, when I come across a page about demonic rituals. It's always interested me, but it seemed to be drawing me in even more now. But I continued reading.

(Charlies pov) 

As I watched my wife walk upstairs, it kind of saddens me. Seeing my love isolate herself. I brushed it off though, and decided to go out back to our garden. I had to pause pulling weeds to go to the adoption center, so it was best for me to continue my work before starting something else. I put my gloves back on and get on my knees, sticking my small shovel into the ground just below the weeds and pull it out. I continue this process until I'm finished. I sigh, "This is gonna take a while.." 

**time skip**

(No-ones POV) 

It was just about an hour before dinner when Lillian decided she was gonna do it. She was gonna make a deal. She was infertile, so she didn't know if it could be granted, but she wanted to try. She looked out the window to her husband and smiled, before closing the blinds. It wasn't long before Lillian had finished setting up the ritual. She began chanting from her book, she felt guilty doing this behind Charlie's back, but it needed to be done. After she was done with the chanting, the whole world went dark, she started panicking before realizing it had worked. A creature walked over to her, she stood up, but the creature was still towering over her. "What the hell do you need, human?" The creature asked. Lilly hesitated, but responded "I wanna make a deal" the creature grinned, it was unsettling to Lilly. "I want a child.. but I haven't been able to get one" she said awkwardly, the creature looked down at her and chuckles. "Fine. I'll grant your wish" the creature held out his hand, Lillian shook his hand, when she then passed out. 

**time skip**

(Charlies pov)

I came inside after finishing in the garden, I was covered in dirt. "Lillian!! I'm gonna order some pizza!!" I shouted from downstairs, it was silent. I'm confused, was she asleep? I brushed it off and picked up the phone to order a large pizza, half pepperoni and olives, half Hawaiian. Time to wait.
