Duality.

Prologue

The story is placed in the future. Humans are now a type-3 species. They already explored the moon and built a city on it. But not actually inhabiting it.

Meanwhile on Earth...

"Finally! About time you showed up!" Said Killjoy was waiting for them. "Killjoy, we're picking up gunfire. Be careful" said Viper while rushing to land the techy yet really convenient plane.

Before the plane could even land, she and Phoenix jumped off to help poor Killjoy. "Stay Attentive, Weapons Ready." said Viper. "I was born ready." said Phoenix confidently, brushing his hair. "Have you located the spike?" Viper said. "Uh that would be a yes" said Killjoy nervously while catching her breath.

While walking slowly and guards up, they rushed into the spike site. Our techy little Killjoy on the other hand, has finished analyzing the spike. "Hey look at this" said Killjoy to Viper. "It's stealing radianite from the environment. Can you defuse it?" Viper said those while still having her guard up.

While gunshots exchanged, Phoenix rushed into the enemy saying "I got this". "Wait Phoenix" said Viper while helping Killjoy analyze. Phoenix didn't hear the two so he ended up rushing and chasing the opponent. With the help of his fireball, Phoenix pushed the opponent into a corner, although he can't clearly see what is happening, until he saw the opponent's face.

It just looks like him.

"You should see your face!" Said impostor Phoenix. Viper came and tried to help Phoenix but the opponent had already left.

"What the f${/" said Phoenix as a huge and powerful shockwave had came from the spike. They came back to the spike site. "Can you defuse it now?" Viper said. "I'm on it. Verdammt! Not enough power! I even disassembled my bot for this!"

"It needs to be super heated." Said Viper. "Get that thing here." Phoenix poured all of his concentration into the Radi-core and heated it to the point where it can be used. Killjoy grabbed the Radi-core from his hand, placed it into the device. Until the spike was about to explode, they defused it.

"Phoenix got a look at the mirror." Viper said.

"I honestly didn't expect that to work." Said Killjoy gratefully while grinning of reassurement. "Uh so maybe give us a head up" said Phoenix.
"How come they look like us?, and what do they need our Radianite for?" Phoenix worried. Viper's phone rang. "Is that the big man? Tell him i need his answers this time!" Said angry Phoenix.

"I'll report to Brimstone." Said Viper. "It's about time we filled you up." As they went to the plane carefully, they took off and returned to Kingdom. The company that governs the circulation of Radianite.

On the other side...

"Heh. Got problems?" Said impostor Phoenix that had just came back.
"Problems? You're the one who screwed up." Jett angrily replied.
"You had it easy Jett. Ain't u know that they're dispatching teams now?" Phoenix defended himself.

"Then so do we."

Said impostor Viper. As they all approached each other, the POV pans into space.

There are two Earths.
