I being an IT professional in (SQL Server Database technology) had always thought to contribute to SQL server community as i had struggled a-lot during initial days of my carrier in IT companies.

My colleagues were not that supportive as they felt bit of insecurity or whatever the reason may be....

I had studied hard through MSDN , whitepapers , attended expensive 200-300 Level trainings which took more than 5 years + of time....

I reached to a state when i felt confident enough and my colleagues were amazed with my proposed solution in my work environment.

However after few years, i really thought to build a free tools that can reduce the new comers pain that i had faced during fresher time so i thought to make a SQL server monitoring , Alerting , Health Analysis tool which is very demanding product here in India.
