Denki grew to be Katsuki's new bestfriend, replacing Shoto in the spiky blond's life.
He was the only boy in Katsuki's life that the crimson-eyed boy loved dearly and cherished with his whole heart. Denki became so important to his crush that Katsuki always tears up when he misses Denki, then waits after the bolt-symboled boy's class ends so he can call him. Denki had afternoon classes in schedule whereas Katsuki's school held their kiddie learning periods early in the morning.
And of course, Denki missed the heck out of Katsuki also.
He'd always bug his parents to take him to the Bakugo household on weekends. His parents didn't really mind, though. Your child's happiness is just priceless. When the Kaminaris arrive at Katsuki's house, the ash blond was always already there at their gates waiting for his friend to arrive. Whenever Denki's dad honked their car's hooter to announce that they've arrived, Katsuki would immediatley spread his arms out and wait for Denki to run in them for a big hug.
Denki always misses Katsuki.
