The Monarchy's headquarters was the complete contrary aesthetic than the Administration's. While the Administration offered a light-hearted, almost regal style, the Monarchists preferred a dark and menacing feel to make their comebacks in. Just like their hearts.
The Administration had the Duchesses, the Monarchy had the Monarch. The current monarch, Luther Diaz, didn't seem very competent for the role and didn't pose much of a threat to the Administration.
His daughter, on the other hand, was completely another story.
Lucy Diaz, one of the heirs to the monarch throne, came running through the doors, squealing like a child, her black hair bouncing in its bun as the heels of her actual stiletto heels clinked against the marble floor. In her hands was a blood-stained drawstring brown bag.
"Carterrr! Carter, darling, look what I foundddd!"
Carter Montgomery sat at the head of the lengthy table in the headquarters great hall, drinking out of a tall glass. Rose Illiris, older sister yet polar opposite of Leah, stood next to him, watching the dame dramatically drop the brown bag in front of Carter.
"Lucy, dear, what is this?" He stared at the bag before him with a hard to distinguish expression.
"Why do you think I put it in front of you? You need to open it!" Lucy snapped, clapping her hands a couple of times.
Carter sighed, opening the bag and avoiding as much contact as plausible, Lucy's vibrant azure eyes glued onto it with strange and frankly terrifying anticipation.
A red-eyed rabbit, dyed blood red, popped its head out the bag, tilting its head at Rose, who glared back.
"You like it? I found it in the mountains next to some bushes."
"Why is it red?" Rose implored.
"It was white as snow before but seeing as it's my property as of the last hour I thought it required a little...personal touch," Lucy's smirk reigned terror over the room. "I poured some blood on it."
"Animal blood, I assume?"
"Yes yes yes of course, the blood of Regina." Lucy muttered as she lifted the animal back into her arms before turning on her heel and quickly walking out, singing a quiet little lullaby to the animal.
"Regina is here?!" Rose exclaimed.
Carter shrugged, brushing his dirty blond hair back with his fingers. "Who knows? Doubt she even knows what the difference even is."
Rose scoffed. "Don't underestimate her, Carter. If there's one thing she knows it's blood. I once saw her find a difference between the blood of an Administrator and a Monarchist."

"You have my question?"
"Yes. I had the librarian find a question that I don't think you know the answer to." Kit explained as she cleared her throat as Oliver patiently waited from the other line.
"What happened on November 7th, 1867?"
"Canada became a constitutional monarchy?"
"Right year, wrong date, Oli," Kit laughed. "Also your answer was completely off topic."
"Your question was vague." Oliver countered.
"Think science, Oli."
"Er- Einstein?"
"Nope."
"I'll ask around. See if I employ any science whizzes," Oliver sighed. "Or you could just...tell me?"
