One more Hello - Minsung

Hello.

To Jisung today felt like any other day, wake up get Jaeseok ready for school, go to work and then, visit Minho.

Bringing Jaeseok to these daily visits became regular and as the months passed slowly becoming another year, Jaeseok was starting to understand what was truly happening. He was 9 now, almost 10, a big boy in his own eyes. He was happy his parents were both in his life even if one was in the hospital.

Jaeseok convinced the kinda at school his dad had had a really cool, heroic accident and was still recovering, it wasn't far from true but Jaeseok didn't need to know that.

'Can we get ice cream on the way home' Jaeseok whined holding Jisung's hand 'or course, do you want a tub or from the store' he asked turning the corner he was all too familiar with. 'A fine' Jaeseok said after a moment of silence.

Jisung approached the door and opened it, Minho's as asleep but he said over text one day that it would be fine to wake him up 'Min min, we're here' he says shaking him slightly, their relationship was almost the same as it was before the accident apart from the talking but text was a great substitute.

Jaesok made himself comfortable on the sofa on the left hand side of the room getting ready to start a drawing, probably of space or his family all holding hands in a meadow, the kid had a wild imagination.

Minho started to mumble indicating he was waking up, when his eyes opened he smiled, the soft smile that reminded him of their wedding day, of when they first said I love you and how Jisung looked at Jaeseok, how he looked at old photos of Minho.

'Afternoon baby' Jisung said stroking his cheek, Minho nodded and then looked at Jaeseok who was waving at him. He smiled at him opened his mouth and then closed it to then open it again to say the one thing Jisung had been wanting to hear for almost a decade...

'Hello'
