"Starting with you" says Mrs Fandeline.

Gasp! Is she pointing at me?Jacob thinks to himself, but then he realises that she was pointing at a girl sitting behind him. She had long black hair and either she had extremely dark brown eyes or they were black.

Who is this girl? She looks so sad, I can see the pain and misery in her eyes. Without even noticing a tear runs across Jacob right cheek.

The girl walks up on stage and introduces herself. "My name is Gia and my gift is the gift of umbriulation which allows me to control shadows, darkness and everything of the sort."

Without any warning, she stretches both her hands out as her hair stood up as if she was electrocuted, her eyes had this feint purple light that was also running down her face like tears. Her hands began to radiate this darkness that was darker than darkness!

Swoop! Her skin blended in with the darkness.

Swoop! Her skin was back to normal. Then she raised her hands, and as they were raised higher duplicates of her shadow begun to grow.

Swoosh! She pointed her hands forward and all the duplicates rushed quickly past her and into the audience. It was the scariest thing Jacob had ever seen in his entire life.

"Ah! " screamed Daniella and as Jacob looked in her direction one of the shadow duplicates was rushing towards them. It got closer and closer until Gia fell on her knees. She was breathing extremely hard. She had sweat running down her face. Jacob looked at the shadow duplicate and it was gone.

"Thank you Gia," said Mrs Fandeline.

Mrs Fandeline then whispered something to Gia. Jacob couldn't really make it out so he tried to read her lips.

Gia, after this meet me in my office. We have important issues to discuss.

Gia looking extremely pale as she walked down and went straight Mrs Fandeline's office. "Everyone please go on to your classes. We will continue orientation soon, but for now I have something I need to take care of."

As the students all walked through the main door of the hall they were given a list of classes. Jacob started to read the list. "All learners must select their classes according to the gifts they possess;
Elemental control(all gifts that have to do with water, fire, earth, wind, light, ndarkness etc.), Teleportation, Flexibility, Animals/insects, Discoverers, Mechanics...Okay...so Donald, what classes do we take?"

"I have no clue. Let's go ask Mrs Fandeline."

Jacob and Donald walk up to the principal's office. As they reach her door they could hear a lot of commotion.

"Gia, what you did is completely irresponsible," said Mrs Fandeline in an outraged voice.

"Mrs Fandaline, I just wanted them to see me at my best," said Gia.

"That's not the case you know your condition is special," the pledger lady said.

"I JUST WANT TO BE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! " Gia rushed through the office door crying.

"Special condition"?

Hey Beaties!

It's NerdWorks here!

Just wanted to ask how Esteban's lovely readers are taking my editing.

I just really hope every single one of you can understand what Essie is trying to communicate with you. I know there's a sacred bond between author and reader and breaking it will result in death by a mob of angry rioting Gifters (that's what I'm calling everyone who are fans of The Gifted) and tbh, I don't think that's the most pleasant death I deserve.

I have a few questions that would make me super glad if you answer them:

+ What do you think is going to happen in the grand finale?
+ What do you think is going to happen to Jacob?
+ Who do you think is going to die first?

Okay, thanks guys! x o
