Name: Akako Saito

Gender: Male

Appearance: Long black hair that is tied to the side with a red hair tie and the right half of his bangs pushed back, red eyes and red eyeshadow, and fairly pale skin. Also appears both tall and thin, but it's hard to tell because of his clothing.

Personality: He expresses a range of emotions, though it is usually hard for others to understand his personality, but the 5 easiest ways people can describe his personality is: Childish, Emotional, Curious, Hypocritical, and mildly Disturbing at times. It is also noted that he is quite introverted although he does not act like one, or is more of he usually prefers to be by himself to "recharge" after hanging out with other people.

Sexuality: Aromantic Asexual

Quirk: Drug Fabrication (He can manipulate any liquefied drug (poison included) to either have a stronger or weaker effect. A downside is that he needs to come into contact through skin with the drug for his quirk to be used. Another downside is that if a drug takes time to take effect (like 5 minutes), he cannot change that, only the effectiveness of it.)

Bio: Akako was originally a student in U.A. a few years ago, in which he was known as "Red Poison". During his 2nd Year, on a mission to capture a villain that has been experimenting on people before releasing them with amnesia, he got split up from his group while looking for said villain. He encounters the villain, and becomes curious as to why he did why they did, to which the villain explained about their wonders about Quirks, how it can involve, whether it has any limitations... etc. And with Akako, he too became interested with the villain's Quirk research, but before he could know anymore from them, the villain was arrested. After that event, Akako could not stop honking about it and so, a couple of months after that mission, Akako left U.A. during the middle of his 2nd Year to pursue his own research into Quirk researching as he feels like U.A. is not a good start to such.
He changed his appearance by growing his hair out, wearing red eyeshadow, a pair of clothes that he usually doesn't wear, and sunglasses and a mask so that is can be easier for him to do his own research without much distraction from the heroes. After entering the World of Villainy as he thinks that it will be easier to do his research, he uses the alias/villain name "Lucius Hale". After being there for around 5 years, he is still doing his research, but has also created his sidekick known as Alfredo McGuffinson, and has a few connections to other villains that would bring him kidnapped victims so that he could experiment on them, with the exchange that he would do something for them with guaranty.

Quotes: "I am Lucius Hale, a self-proclaimed Researcher, so please let me look inside you Mx.~" (at his experiments), "Ex-fooking-cuse me, but like... huh?" "I can't believe I did that..." (if his experiment fails or if something bad happens), "Look at all those adorable freaks. Gorgeous." (at penguins), "Listen, I may be a hypocrite but... um... yeeeeaaaah...", "Hey Alfy, can you order me some pizza?"

Trivia: Alfredo McGuffinson is Akako's first experiment to succeed after he quit being a hero, think of a small yellow rubber duck but add a huge, yellow, rubber, muscle body underneath it, that is Alfredo McGuffinson (Alfy for short).
Akako prefers to not be involved in any drama going on in and out of the World of Villainy as he sees it as a distraction, all that he cares about is his research about Quirks, but if it heavily involves the subject, then he will stand on the sideline before deciding with what to do.
Both of his parents' first names are connected to colour, similar to his first name.
Akako's diet usually consists of take-away food that he usually tells Alfredo McGuffinson to get for him (now imagine a huge, yellow, muscly body with a tiny rubber duck for a head walking up to you while you are working at a fast-food restaurant and they order, like, one cheese pizza and a dessert, or just steamed rice and fortune cookies.)

The idea for Alfredo McGuffinson was inspired by this one balloon I currently have in my locker that I found in April. It was a white balloon and on it was a doodle drawn using black permanent marker (I'm assuming since it has not been rubbed off). On it was a silly doodle of Peppa Pig with a Jojo-level muscly body. I don't have a photo of it, but it was scary and funny to the point where I've kept it in my locker since.
