You are trying to concentrate on what he is saying but everything is just flowing right through you.

Y/N: Um... are you mad?

Tyler: No, the exact opposite, it actually gave me the courage to come talk to you.

Y/N: Really, why?

Tyler: Well, you've been on my mind a lot, and I wanted to tell you...

OMG!! Is he actually going to say what I think he's going to say.

Tyler: Do you think you could tell your friend about me?

Y/N: What?

Tyler: I saw her... and she was really cute.

Y/N: Brit, Tyler told me to tell you...

I pause, am I really going to tell her about Tyler.

Brittney: Yes, What did he say?

Y/N: Oh, sorry, he said that he wants me to tell you that he thinks you're cute.

Brittney: What! Doesn't he know I have a boyfriend?

Y/N: Idk, he didn't tell me much. He just said tell her about me.

I was filled with regret, I couldn't go on.

Brittney: Should I go talk to him about it?

Y/N: No! 

She stares at you in shock.

Brittney: O-ok, why not?

Y/N: Well, he is with his friends and it would be weird.

She looks in his direction.

You go on with your day and nothing happens.
