"In the Kingdom of glass everything is transparent, and there is no place to hide a dark heart."

Alchemy. It is an art that humans use for medicine. It is an art very few of the humans have mastered. I don't see why considering it is all really easy. I was able to master it in only three months. With the humans it takes three years. Or more. But maybe it was easy for me because I am no human. I am a fairy.
And no. If you're thinking I'm a fairy that only comunicates through bells and whistles, and is a good fairy that helps humans every chance she gets, you're wrong.

Very wrong...

I am a fairy, but not small. No wings, no magic, no special abilities. A Velttr Fairy to be exact. We're the same size as humans, we'd look identical if it weren't for our hair and the light blue markings on our faces. As for as I know however...

I'm the only one without wings.

I make up for it in alchemy and being an herbalist for other fairies in the forest. And for being the only Velttr fairy to tame a dragon. Speaking of said dragon, there was a small screech that wailed in my ear. I look up to see my blue scaley friend.

"Teyrot, No. You can't do that while I have a patient." I say sternly to the dragon. He's an Erito, meaning he's small and fits inside my treehouse.

Teyrot bowed his head shamefully then flew inside the treehouse window. I tried to chase after him, but didn't want to spill the herbs I spent the last hour crushing. I grabbed the pastel full of herbs and walked over to the bed in the corner.

Teyrot was on the window sill beside the bed. I looked at him then smiled, then laughed.

"Honestly, how did I ever get stuck with you?" I say jokingly to Teyrot. He screeched in a happy manor. But I quieted him down immediately.

I sat down next to the bed in the corner. On the bed was a small boy. He was a Anyico Fairy. Slightly smaller than Velttr's, yet slightly bigger than dwarfs. He was poisoned by Shadow Magic so, he was brought here.

I'm not sure I'll be able to heal him though...

Shadow Magic stems from the darkest part of the Everlot forest, the Weeping woods. It's slightly off the side Everlot forest, and covers a bit of the boarder between our forest and the human Kingdom. It is extremely dangerous to be caught out after the moon has fully risen. And unfortunately, this boy was caught. He's lucky to be alive. He's lucky he didn't lose his magic.

I slowly applied the herbs onto his wounds and bandages around them as well. I stood up and walked back over to my work station. There were many more potions and pouches to be made. In such little time, too. Then, I heard a squeak in the bed. I turned around to see the boy started to stir.

I ran to his side then looked towards the window sill, "Teyrot, go get him. Go get Sandaro." I say with urgency. Teyrot then left. I looked back to see the boy opening his eyes.

"W-he-re..." He tried to speak, "Wh-ere am I?" He asked in the quietest voice I've ever heard.

"You shouldn't be talking yet." I say while trying to quiet him. I then got hold of a water cup and helped him drink.

"Please just relax. My name is Rolin Yunimora. I am a doctor of sorts to Fae. Please do not be afraid."

The boy nodded his head then laid back. He relaxed as soon as he saw I wasn't a threat. I put the cup back down. I never left the boy's side while waiting for Sandaro. When the boy fell back asleep I went out onto the balcony.

A man with dark skin and grey marks on his face and arms, came running. I watched as he climbed up the ladder.

"What Happened?" He asked worriedly. He was breathing heavily from running. I stepped away from the railing to grab a water gord. I tossed it it Sandaro.
