KeepxOut #2 And Running Miku's Date

The date was November 27th, 2021. Let's see what's happening in Negi Root City today. Rowan Martin (Running Miku) was jogging on a street. She saw a certain house in the distance. This house belonged to her friend Pierce Davenport (KeepxOut #2).

Running Miku: Hmm...maybe I should visit Pierce.

She jogged over to his house. She knocked on the door. Pierce answered it a minute later.

KeepxOut #2: Hi, Rowan!

Running Miku: Hi. I was just doing my daily jog and I saw your house.

KeepxOut #2: I see. Do you want to come in and take a break? You don't have to if you don't want to.

Running Miku: Now that I think about it...I could use a break.

Rowan walked in the house.

KeepxOut #2: Do you want some water?

Running Miku: Huh?

KeepxOut #2: I said do you want some water?

Running Miku: I brought my own.

She pulled out a water bottle and took a long sip. Before long, almost all of it was gone.

KeepxOut #2: Geez...you sure were thirsty.

Running Miku: Yeah. Hey, since I'm here now, wanna hang out with me?

KeepxOut #2: Sure.

Running Miku: Cool.

And so, Pierce and Rowan were now eating some snacks.

KeepxOut #2: So, you like to jog everyday?

Running Miku: Hmm?

KeepxOut #2: I said do you like to jog everyday?

Running Miku: Oh! Yeah. Running is my life. I mean, they don't call me Running Miku for nothing. What about you?

KeepxOut #2: I like jogging, too. But I don't do it everyday like you do.

Running Miku: (after eating a chip) You should. It's really good exercise.

KeepxOut #2: Yeah. Maybe I will.

Running Miku: I've got to tell you something. I...uh...really like you.

KeepxOut #2: You do?

Running Miku: Yeah. Remember in gym class about a couple of months ago? When you forgot your jacket at the track in school?

KeepxOut #2: Yep. I told you that gym was over. And you didn't hear me.

Running Miku: I blame my ears. They're not like other people's ears. I have the hearing of an old woman.

KeepxOut #2: My grandparents have bad hearing too. Have you thought of getting a hearing aid?

Running Miku: Well, no...those are for old people.

KeepxOut #2: No, they're not. They can be for anyone that has a hearing problem.

Running Miku: Maybe I'll try them out.

KeepxOut #2: Good.

After their snack time was over, it was time for Rowan to go home.

Running Miku: It's getting late. I should get back.

KeepxOut #2: Thanks for hanging out with me. I'll see you Monday?

Running Miku: Yeah. Bye now.

Rowan waved and left.
