I'm just gonna tell u the story line from where the last chap stops so if u dont wanna spoil it for yourself then dont read ahead
Y/n heals xiao and eventually becomes friends again, then they start to catch feelings
Zhongli figured this out and called xiao so that he could tell him
He said "xiao I will give you 3 days to confess to y/n if you do in those 3 days I will make her into an adeptus with you so you can live together for eternity. However if you dont I will leave her be and she will continue life as a mortal."
Xiao eventually figures out how to confess to y/n and she says yes
He brings her back to zhongli and he makes her immortal but she enters a "coma" for 2 weeks, this was expected btw
Then after the 2 weeks is up xiao is so happy
They live their life but y/n realizes that beidou will die and she will have to live without her
She runs to zhongli and asks if he can turn beidou into an adeptus but he already gave his gnosis away
After beidou dies she visits her grave often and wears beidous hairpin to remember her
Xiao takes pity and feels guilty since hes the one that made her into an adeptus and not beidou, so she had to watch her die
Y/n misses beidou but she eventually gets over it
Then like 4 years after beidous death they 🍋😏😏 and yea
Tbh i didn't really know what I was doing with this book and I feel like it has potential but I just dont wanna finish it😕
But my dainsleif x reader is still going, and I might continue this but I highly doubt it
