Hella Bronz Pirate Ship

The captain was drinking rum alone in his cabin, the crew relied on him, they looked to him for all the answers. Few realised he sailed the seas because he was lost.

He heard a knock on his door and assumed it was his first mate Bronz.

"Come in, Bronz" he said, hoping it would sound like he was psychic.

It didn't appear to have any effect on Bronz, however, as he seemed unfazed.

"What is our plan, Ryan? aside from drinking rum." Bronz asked.

Bronz was not only his first mate, but also one of his closest friends. They had raided many Coomer Ships together and sold the goods to the countries in the Union.

There was Cat Island, where Konban Miao rules, it used to be Monkey Island but Konban Miao invaded it with his army of cats. Queen Anastasia ruled Distar Island, but the last time they were there she had threatened to drown Bronz in pee, a thought which still haunted his dreams. In Clayland, Queen Juno made sculptures that were rumoured to be alive. Reverend Brucifer had recently lead a revolution that saved his island from a corrupt king, and now Rev was the celebrated ruler. In the Kimmunity, Kim Reiko had created a haven for anyone who needed help or a friend who would listen.

"We're going to Rev's Island! I want to congratulate him on his revolution. But first we need to go to Clayland to get him a gift." The captain said.

"There will be lots of music on Rev's Island too, so we can find new music for Kim Reiko like we promised." Bronz replied.

When they arrived at Clayland they weren't expecting a welcome, they had thought it would be like any other trip and they would be just another pirate ship selling loot. But they were met with cheers and a warm welcome. News of their recent destruction of Coomer Ships had travelled and people were happy, the Coomers had been a plague for years, and now they were finally making progress destroying them.

The Queen had invited them to her castle to see her. They had only met Queen Juno once, she intimidated them, though not as much as Queen Anastasia did.

Her castle was tall and looked out over the ocean, the forest and the mountain. The views were truly beautiful. They found Queen Juno on a balcony overlooking the docks, where their ship was. Her lion, McCoy and tiger, Zelda, regarded them with disdain, clearly they hadn't met her pets approval.

"Captain Ryan, First Mate Bronz, it is wonderful to see you again" she greeted them, looking up from the clay sculpture she was working on. It appeared to be a cat, a vaguely familiar one but there wasn't enough detail yet to know for sure who it was.

"I have a warning for you to give to Rev" she said, continuing with her sculpture. "Tell him that the fake plans to make a move on the original, his help is needed to stop the threat before it is too late."

Ryan and Bronz didn't understand what that meant, but they promised to deliver the message.

She gave them a lance to give to Rev, it was very large and had been decorated with so many tiny details their eyes couldn't track any of them.

Before they left, Bronz realised who the sculpture was of.

"Is that Konban Miao?" He asked.

Juno looked up in surprise.

"Yes," she said "he is being immortalised so he shall live forever."

She went back to her sculpture and they left.

"Captain," Bronz said once they were back on the ship, having sold the loot and stocked up on supplies. "Do you understand Juno's message?"

"No, but Rev will, and he will know what to do about it." Ryan assured him, assuring himself as well. If there was going to be a war, like the cryptic message seemed to imply, then they would be ready.
