Backstory: Betty's brother is in the army and jughead gets him to come visit for Betty's birthday (I don't know much about the army so this won't be very accurate or realistic) This is when they are both 25 and Betty brother is call carson
jughead's POV Betty's brother was deployed about 7 months ago and she is missing him like crazy, yesterday I came home to her crying about not seeing him on her birthday.. Then it hit me.. I can suprise her! She'll be so happy
Nobody's POV It was a few days later, 5 to be precise.. Betty's birthday is tomorrow and jughead had organised for Carson to come and he would stay for 3 days before being deployed again
Time skip (Betty's birthday) Betty's POV Today is my birthday, you'd probably think I should be more exited but it's my first birthday without my brother Carson here, he was deployed 7 months ago and I miss him so fricking much right now, Anyways I woke up to jug spooning me and kissing my neck "juggie stop"I giggled "happy birthday" he said back with a cheesy grin plastered on his face "I have a suprise for you get ready" he said before kissing me and disappearing downstairs (he was already dressed)

I put this outfit on and went downstairs to see what my suprise was Nobody's POV As Betty walked downstairs jughead handed her a plate of pancakes.. her favourite! The doorbell rang interrupting the couple from thier breakfast "can you get the door babe?" Jug asked Betty nodded and walked over to the door confused as they weren't expecting anyone but once she opens the door to reveal Carson still in his army uniform she squealed and jumped into his arms, jughead came up behind the pair and said "so do you like my suprise?" "Omg thank you so much jughead" Then she said "I love you so much Carson" "I love you too Betty"
Betty jughead and Carson spend the next three days catching up and showing Carson around riverdale as it had changed since he last visited
