Harry Potter and The Lake Of Opposites [Drarry]

Prologue

"We are going on a field trip!" Professor Mcgonagall explained at the end of transfiguration class, "This trip will be for a project so I expect all of you to listen and take notes as I explain Lake Contrarium"

Hermione's eyes were immediately on the chalkboard as Mcgonagall muttered an incantation and the chalk began moving on it's own, "Lake Contrarium or The lake of opposites is an Enchanted Lake located in the town of Catchpole"
"Oh! My Dad and I live there!" a ravenclaw cried out, "Yes that isn't very surprising, it's a large town and well known in the wizarding world for the many magical properties that the land is able to sustain." The chalk was following along, Writing important words like "Catchpole" and "Lake Contrarium" onto the board.

But rather than following along, He, Harry was simply doodling on the parchment. His hand improperly holding his quill as his mind was not in the classroom.
His mind was swirling between the events of the triwizard tournament of last year, His victory when he dueled He-who-must-not-be-named, and his girlfriend, Ginny, who was sitting across the classroom and twirling her gorgeous(in Harry's opinion) red hair.
Ron who was sitting next to him had to roughly step on his foot to get him to stop drooling and to pay attention. Not because Ron wanted Harry to get a good grade, but because he wanted Harry to stop daydreaming about his younger sister.

"We will be going to Lake Contrarium in 3 days as an overnight trip so make sure you pack all of the necessities," the clock tower bell began chiming signaling the end of class, and everybody started to stand up. "There will be a test on this! So take lots of notes!" Professor Mcgonagall called out as students piled out of the classroom.

Harry quickly caught up with his friends and Girlfriend, "Harry! You need to pay more attention! This will be a big project! And we will have a test on it!" Hermione scolded. "I know, sorry hermione.. I was just thinking.."
"Bloody hell... Don't know what's so important that you couldn't wait until later" Ron started
"Thank you ron."
"Now Hermione's gonna lecture us for hours." Ron and Harry snickered
"Ronald!" Hermione smacked him over the head
"Ow! What! I'm right!" Ron hissed
"You boys are so childish" Ginny rolled her eyes
"Sorry Gin.." Harry blushed and began rubbing the back of his head, Ron started glaring at him until Hermione hit him over the head again.

"Ow! Blimey! Use your words!" Ron hissed in pain. "You guys need to focus on the field trip! We need to make sure we are fully prepared for this test!" Hermione began rambling about Grades and How they should pay more attention in class.

"There she goes again..." Ron sighed, "I know.. How long do you think it'll be until she shuts up." Harry whispered back.
"Probably never" Ron said, and Both he and Harry laughed.

'Well. Well. Well.." said a very familiar voice, Both Harry and Ron stopped laughing and glared at its owner.
"If it isn't the golden trio, laughing in others faces about your popularity again Eh Famous saint potter?"

"Shove off malfoy." Harry hissed at him. "What? I'm not wrong. Am I scarhead?"
"Dead wrong." Harry growled
"Ooh, Feisty Today, aren't we" Malfoy Teased.

Ron put a hand on Harry's shoulder, "Just ignore him mate."
"Oh, The muggle lover has finally grown up a bit, Maybe you'll finally leave behind that filthy mudblood and make friends with some real wizards"
"Nevermind. Let me at him!" Ron hissed

Crabbe and Goyle strutted up beside Malfoy, "These Griffyndorks giving you trouble?"
Malfoy Snickered, "Of course not, they can't even hold their wands properly"

Ron and Harry were glaring at Malfoy, wanting nothing more than to pounce on him and punch him in his smug face. But Hermione and Ginny would be very cross with them if they started a fight and lost house points so they reluctantly held back.

"See you on the field trip Golden Boy, hope you fall in!" Malfoy laughed as he walked off with the two bodyguards he pretended were his friends.

"I can't stand that Prat." Ron spat out, crossing his arms, His face sour. "Tell me about it," Harry agreed.
Ginny walked up to Harry and wrapped her arms around his neck "Malfoy is nothing but trouble, but we shouldn't engage with him. Just Ignore him."
Harry Smiled at her, "Your right, sorry gin"
She smiled back and kisses his cheek before letting go, "See you guys at lunch" She waved and walked away,
Harry waved back, looking at her lovingly as Ron was giving him the side eye.

"Stop Flirting with my sis- OW!! Hermione!" He rubbed his arm in pain, "Ron you promised you'd support Harry and Ginny."
"I know, But-"
"But nothing!" She hits him again "Now we have to focus on the field trip!"
Ron grumbles a bit "Fine....."

Harry looked at them and playfully rolled his eyes, "C'mon guys. We're gonna be late for Potions."
