Chapter 8 - Focus On Me

Hello, its been two/three years since i last updated :D sorry about that for those of you who genuinely liked this, whatever you call this. i've decided to finish it for the sake of it, even though i'm not really army anymore, so here we go.

You walked out of the bathroom, and plopped onto the couch besides him, now smiling with a fresh coat of lipgloss on your lips and all traces of tears wiped off of your face.

"Focus on me, Y/N", he spoke softly, it was different to his regular voice. The sarcasm, the cheek, it was all gone.

You laid your head on the couch thinking of all the memories, despite Hyun-kee's words.

He noticed, and so he inched closer to you. you could see the detail of his features now: the angular shape of his jaw, the sharpness of his nose, the deep pink shade that was his lips.

His lips, your eyes lingered there.

He shuffled closer again, your knees were touching now.

"Hyun.." you whispered under your breath.

He held your hand with two of his own,

"Work! we have work to do!" you finally announced, snapping you both out of the reverie that was moments before.

"Yes," he smiled, so the crows feet of his eyes were showing, and he repeated once again.

"We have work to do."

So you put your hair behind your ear and turned to face the table and finally begin to tackle the pile of papers that was work.

He chuckled.

Once again sorry for the short chapter, but i think this is gonna be a recurring thing, lmk if you would prefer many short chapters or longer ones but less of them. Thats if anyone is even reading this 💟
