Addy Evans was walking through the crowd of people, trailing behind her older sister Lily Evans trying not to get lost ''Addy are you okay?'' She hears Lily call out ''yes Lils I'm fine.'' Addy calls back. Before both sisters come to a halt because there over, they're heads stood a massive sign saying ''9 and ¾.'' ''Well Ad looks like we made it.'' Lily states as she pushes her wooden trunk forwards with her foot, ''Yeah Lils but I just don't like standing here because James Potter can literally just sneak up behind me and hug me which I don't want.'' Addy tells her sister nervously.

Lily look her younger sister in the eyes and says ''Don't worry Ad's we've probably beaten him here.'' Little did they know they were both wrong, James Potter was actually standing only a few meters away from them. Out of the corner of his eye Sirius Black spots the two red head girls and nudges James' side saying ''oi Prongs Addy is here.'' Which makes James' head fly up before Remus continues for Sirius ''But the poor girl is probably trying to hide from you and doesn't want to deal with you yet so just leave her be.''

But by the time he had finished his sentence James and Sirius were already making they're way over to Lily and Addy ''oi Addy darling did you miss me.'' James calls to Addy who now has wide eyes and is whispering to Lily ''I thought you said we'd beat him here.'' Lily just shrugs her shoulders while Addy tries to hide behind her ''oh Adelaide darling don't hide from me.'' James says as he arrives in front of the two girls as Sirius trails behind him like a lost puppy well quite literally.

Addy pokes her head out from behind Lily before she falls slightly, being caught by James. ''Hey ad's, why are you wearing a short sleeve yellow top, brown shorts, and brown combat boots when it's like autumn time and 1 degree's out?'' Sirius asks ''because Black this is my uniform and hi Remus.'' She says as she waves to the sandy haired boy behind the two. While Sirius and James were distracted, Lily and Addy took this as they're opportunity to climb on board the Hogwarts express.

Everything was peaceful for the two girls until standing by they're door frame was Sirius and James ''Right I'm going to see Marlene and Alice.'' Lily says as Addy begs her to stay but she leaves anyway. ''Addy looks like it's just me, you, Sirius, Remus and Peter.'' James tells her ''oh for the love of God you seriously have no one else to annoy.'' Addy says the boys shake they're heads at her before Remus and Peter follow them in.

Addy is curled up in the corner her feet up on the seat, her knee's tucked up to her chest and her hands fumbling with the pages of a book. James turned to look at the girl, just to find how perfect she looked with some of her auburn hair framing her face, her sparkling, dark brown eyes shown through her reading glasses which in James' opinion made her look cuter than she already was especially with the freckles and blush dotting her cheeks and nose.

Halfway through the journey Addy stretched her arms and yawned quietly before gently nuzzling her head against James' shoulder which made him smile super wide as he cuddled her with his arms.
