3rd POV

A coffee shop, a place where people go to prepare themselves for the day. Either through the brown liquid sustenance that keeps people up or simply for the comfy atmosphere that it brings, cafes are a somewhat essential part of modern society. So much so that you can't go in any modern day city or town and not find some sort of cafe. Although one cafe in particular is both everywhere and only in one place. The inside of the cafe resembled a bar somewhat with the amber lighting, along with a long wooden countertop that the barista would stand behind along with a coffee brewer. Booths and tables all over the cafe with the cafe's windows allowing the sun's rays to peak through. Overall, the cafe was the perfect to place either get ready for the day or to unwind from a stressful day. Now onto the person that had decided to start up a cafe in the first place. Y/n was a strange individual, not behavior wise but his physical looks. He had pale white skin, practically akin to the color of snow. The sclera of his eyes a pitch black, with his irises an almost blinding white. And because of his black colored hair and fingernails, he's often seen as an emo goth. His facial features were delicate, with a round face and often wearing soft facial expressions he was also mistaken for a girl. At the moment he wore a long sleeved buttoned up shirt, with black slacks. He wore a black apron that draped to his shins. At the moment Y/n was peacefully wiping down the counter with a soft smile on his face, seemingly enjoying the lack of customers or his mischievous  coworker. However he hears the door open, which causes him to let out a sigh before looking up at his customer.

Y/n: And how can I help you, Ozpin?

Ozpin: I had heard that a new cafe had opened up. Normally I wouldn't have paid too much attention, but when I had heard that is ran by a young man with black sclera I had to see it for myself.

Y/n chuckles at his old friend before turning around and turning on the coffee brewer. As he sets things up, Y/n continued to converse with Ozpin.

Y/n: I wanted to do something different yet familiar to what I do already, so I thought "Why not a cafe"?

Ozpin snorts before covering his mouth, trying to contain his laughs. He uncovers his mouth, still slightly giggling as he looks back at Y/n.

Ozpin: You're telling me that God wants to run a coffee shop?

Y/n frowns at Ozpin before crossing his arms in mock frustration and giving a playful pout.

Y/n: You'd do the same if you were forced to watch over the same universes day after day, with zero change to your  routine.

Ozpin shrugs as Y/n turns around to grab the coffee cup and after adding all the niceties to it, Y/n gives the coffee to Ozpin with a smug expression.

Y/n: How about you try it?

Ozpin doesn't say anything and stares at the cup of coffee with a blank expression, before looking back up to Y/n.
