Hate. Anger. Betrayal.

It hit Rosalina like a tidal wave, and
for the first time since she escaped her
family, she'd been frozen. Long enough
for her family to capture her.

Alina is back under her family's thumb,
but she's not one to go down easily.
She'll make a mess, cause a scene and
piss some powerful people off. Like the
petty bitch she was, even if she's dying
inside.

But the one person who's causing a
pause to all her tantrums is also the
person who broke her to begin with.
Daemon Kade. The sole reason she's
back under her family's clutches.
And he's left another surprise for
her: he's the head of her security.

But the longer they reside in the
Somov mansion, things begin to
uncover, starting from the accident
that took her mom and brother's
life away, to the betrayal Daemon
inflicted on Alina.
