When I woke up half of the Athena cabin was already up. I got up out of bed, very reluctantly, because I was so warm in my covers. I showered, threw on one of my Camp Half Blood t-shirts and blue denim short shorts and put on my sneakers. (A/N The outfit is in the external link, and I actually have those same sneakers!) I put my dark wavy hair into a high ponytail and walked out of the Athena cabin trying to find my way to the dining pavilion.
Then I saw Amber walk out of the Hermes cabin. I ran over to her yelling her name like a maniac. "Hey Amber." I said when I finally reached her side.
"Hey Priscilla. How are you liking the Athena cabin so far?" Amber asked.
"It's great, they have soooo many books in there. They have smartboards, and so much cool stuff." I said starting to get excited.
"Great! I hope we have some activities together. You'll get your activity schedule today by the way." Amber said as we stepped into the pavilion.
"See you later." I said as I walked to the Athena table.
"Here's your schedule Priscilla." Annabeth handed me a sheet of paper with all my activities listed.
I found out that after breakfast I had sword fighting and then arts and crafts. "Can I skip some of these?" I asked Annabeth.
"Well sometimes I skip a few things to go hang out with Percy." Annabeth explained. "Percy is my boyfriend. He's sitting right over there by himself, messy hair, green eyes and all."
"Oh," I said looking over at Annabeth's boyfriend. He looked really nice and muscular, but he had this faraway look in his eyes. Like he had felt real pain. Like he had seen it all. "He looks nice." I said politely.
"Yea. We've been through a lot together, and a lot for eachother. We're really close. I love him so much. My Seaweed Brain." Annabeth sighed.
"Seaweed Brain, that's cute, you have a nickname for him."
"Yea."
After I finished my bacon and eggs I grabbed my schedule and ran to the sword fighting arena. When I got there I stopped, surprised by the fact that Annabeth's boyfriend, Percy, was teaching.
"Oh, hey, Priscilla. I saw you get claimed yesterday. It's pretty cool that you're blessed by Aphrodite." Percy said as he ran up to me.
"Oh, well yea, almost the whole camp saw. And, thanks. But I'm not really girly or anything like Aphrodite though." I bit my lip nervously.
"Well my friend Piper, she's a daughter of Aphrodite and she's nothing like her brothers and sisters."
"Oh, that's cool. She made herself different than everyone else."
"Yea, you should meet all of my friends. You already met Annabeth already though I'm guessing." Percy grinned, and then his expression suddenly turned dark. "Except for Leo, except for Leo." Percy muttered almost inaudibly.
I recalled the moment in the Hermes cabin when one of the Stoll twins had said that they needed Leo to help them pull off a prank. I guessed that this guy Leo must have been really important to the camp.
"Hey, Priscilla!" I heard two voices yell in unison from behind me. I turned and saw Theseus and Amber running towards me from across the arena.
"Hey guys!" I said running to them.
