Chapter 2 (Staying Over?)

Normans POV

I woke up and saw Ray who was still asleep, I got out of bed and went into his bedroom, I leaned down and booped his nose "Wha!" Ray yelled waking up while I just chuckled "guess you're not really that bad or emo are you?" I said "shut up!" Ray yelled and I just left his room.

Rays POV

Norman had left my room leaving me blushing for what he just did. I got out of bed and went to prepare breakfast.

"Ray!" Norman yelled "What?" I asked "what are you making for breakfast?" Norman asked with a smile walking towards me who was in the kitchen cooking some bacon and eggs "ooo bacon and eggs!" "Yeah now shut up and go away" I said in an annoyed tone "fine fine" Norman said walking away rolling his eyes.

After I was done making breakfast I went to put the food on the plates and called Norman into the dining room to eat "so how long have you been in this school?" Norman asked "eh 2 years" (look idk how many fricking years you have to stay in high school-) "oh okay!" After our small talk I went to put the plates in the sink "Bye Ray I'm gonna go to class with Emma now!" Norman yelled "Okay!" I replied 'who's Emma..? Maybe it's that red head he was talking to yesterday' I thought to myself.

I walked to my locker and grabbed a few books for my classes I'm only going to class since today has a few of my favourite subjects and some free periods.

On my way, there were a few girls staring at me since you know I'm the popular kid and a lot of girls are on me. I was still ok my way to class and saw Norman talking to the red head which I assume is Emma. "Hey Ray!" Norman greeted and turned his gaze to me "Hello Norman." I greeted back "WAIT- YOU'RE FRIENDS WITH THE PO-" Emma was cut off by Norman putting his hand on her mouth "MMMM!" "Emma! Don't tell anyone about this! Please." Norman said as he let Emma speak again "*gasp* you're friends with the- how? How did you two even get along?!" Emma whisper-yelled "welllll I don't really know how to explain this" Norman replied "Well I have to go to class now, see you!" I said walking away slightly blushing "Bye Ray!" Norman said.

I got to class, sat down and just doodled on a piece of paper since I was bored. After all my classes had ended I went to the library to read some books since it was my hobby. I couldn't reach a book so I tried finding someone I know and found Norman "Norman." I said running up to him "Ray. Hi!" He said "come!" I said dragging his hand "woah!" "Sh!". We got to the place where I couldn't grab the book "so can you help me?" I asked "Little Emo boy wants help from his tall friend~ how cute!" Norman jokingly said "Shut up and just get the book for me!" I said "Okay okay" Norman petted me then grabbed the book and handed it to me "Thanks.." "No problem".

I was back at the dorm on the sofa, lying around since I had nothing to do anymore. I didn't feel like scrolling through my phone or watching TV so I just lied there. "Ray?" "Yeah?" "Is it okay if I invite Emma over?" Norman asked "I don't care, really, so yeah." I answered "okay thanks Ray!" Norman said then pulled me up for a hug then dialed Emma's number.

Emma had arrived I was still lying on the sofa having nothing to do, "Norman! I brought a friend over! Her names Gilda is that okay?" Emma asked "Yeah Ray's fine with it" Norman answered "R-Ray?! You mean the popular kid?!" I heard a none familiar voice speak "Yes Gilda, now let me introduce you to Ray!" Norman said dragging Gilda and Emma towards me "Ray get up!" Norman said and I got up "This is Gilda! I assume you already know Emma right?" Norman said "yeah I know Emma, and nice to meet you I guess" I answered "so Ray is it ok if they stay over? We were kinda planning for a sleepover or a movie night" Norman said "I'm not the boss of this dorm and sure." I answered "Yay!!" Emma cheered "do you want me to prepare the snacks or something?" I asked "Sure! Thanks!" Norman answered.

Emmas POV

"Wow I never knew Ray could be so nice!" I said "yeah that's why you don't judge a book by its cover Emma!" Norman answered "We could be best friends at this point!" I cheered "Yeah! That would be so cool! Best friends with the popular kid!" Norman said "yeah!" I cheered again.

Rays POV

I heard them talking about me while I was making the snacks, they want to be best friends with me.. Who would want to be best friends with the popular kid? That really made me feel happy..my first few friends..

After I had finished making the snacks we waited till it's night so we could watch a movie. Time passed super fast, we were watching a scary movie since Emma wanted to and wouldn't stop whining about it.

Normans POV

Ray was scared almost the entire time and kept hugging me. After the movie had ended Ray had fallen asleep and so did Gilda so Emma carried Gilda back to her dorm while I carried Ray to his room. I layed a blanket on top of him and went to my room to sleep.

After a while, I couldn't sleep so I was scrolling through my phone. I then heard footsteps so I went to see who it was. Turns out it was Ray getting a midnight snack "Why are you up so late?" I asked "why are you up so late?" Ray asked me "couldn't sleep" I answered "I was hungry" Ray replied "aww I don't get why you're so cute in a over-sized hoodie!" I jokingly said "Why won't you shut up?" Ray jokingly asked.

After Ray got his midnight snack we both went back to our bedrooms and slept.

Why am I torturing myself? Idk I'm loosing my sanity- anyways bye-
