The Swing

I wake up, get dressed, get some coffee and food and leave the house after greeting my mom. 

Me and Nate reach school and Amelia is waiting for me in homeroom. 

"Heyy," she says as I enter

"Hey Lia" I drawled

"Why do u sound so sleepy," she says smiling

"Maybe cause I am"

"yeah that makes sense," she says as she chuckles

"Oh, I saw this pizza place on my way home yesterday so I wanted to check it out with you and Nate," she said

"Oh yeah, Papa Louie's right?"

"yeah"

"They have pretty good pizzas, when do you wanna go?"

"Around 5 today?"

"yeah I can come then too, we'll ask Nate in chem"

"yeah okay"

Not soon after, Mr. Jones came in and told us to take our seats so I made my way over my desk.

"Nate," I say while entering the class

"Yes?" he replied

"Can you come to Louie's with me and Amelia at 5"

"Yeah, Ned's going to a friends house so I can come"

"yayy"

~ After school ~

It's 4:15 and I'm going to leave in about 45 minutes, and I'm currently going crazy trying to figure out what to wear even though it's just pizza.

After another 15 minutes, I decide on a white off-shoulder top with my blue jeans. I put on some eyeliner and by then it's already 4:45. 

I head downstairs and start cycling towards Nate's house. We decided that we would meet at Papa Louie's.

We take about 15 minutes to reach Louie's and Amelia is already there.

"Hey, you haven't been waiting too long have you?" I ask

"Oh no, its just been 5 minutes"

"Well we better get going inside then," Nate says while walking into the restaurant.

We find a booth and sit down, Nate goes to order the pizza's

"So how are you," I ask in an attempt to make conversation

"Oh I'm alright, escaped from my sister"

"Oh, you have a sister?"

"Yeah, her name's Delphine but we call her Delphi"

"That's a really nice name"

"Yeah my mom named her after this constellation called Delphinus, she has this thing for stars and space"

"Oh that's cool"

"Mhm, she had a telescope and everything but we have to wait until it's dark so we don't use it much since my mom has work but we still have it"

"Oh at least it's still there. Do you have any other siblings?" 

"No, what about you? do you have any siblings?"

"Oh yeah, an older brother. His name's Aiden not much of a story behind that name, heh"

"What about yours?" she asked
