Midnight || Kaebedo 🔞

Albedo was sitting at his desk. His head resting in the palm of his hand. He was tired and overworked, but the alchemist was used to this feeling. He looked at the clock, noticing the time. "Midnight..." Albedo mumbled softly to himself. His eyes slowly shut as he began to doze off.

Just as Albedo was about to fall asleep, he heard the sound of his office door creak open. Albedo kept his eyes shut, hoping the person would notice him resting and leave. But they did the opposite, inviting themselves into Albedo's office and walking up to the blonde who now had his head resting in his arms.

Suddenly, a pair of hands wrapped around Albedo's waist from behind, startling him. Albedo lifted his head and turned to the side, seeing a tall, blue-haired Knight standing above him.

"Kaeya, what are you doing here?" Albedo questioned the Cavalry Captain who had interrupted his sleep.

Kaeya chuckled at the question, looking at the alchemist sitting below him. "What? Am I not allowed to visit my sweet little Kreideprinz?" Kaeya leaned down, placing a soft kiss on the blonde's cheek. He rested his head on Albedo's shoulder and gently squeezed the arms he had wrapped around the shorter boy's waist.

Albedo rested his head on Kaeya's and sighed. "No. It's not that I don't want you to visit me, but why so late? It's midnight." Albedo paused for a moment, continuing after Kaeya didn't respond. "Usually at this time of night, you'd be sleeping or getting drunk at Angel's Share."

Kaeya stayed silent for a moment. He sighed and closed his eyes, taking in the alchemist's sweet scent. "Well, Diluc and the others at the tavern haven't been quite as fun to hang out with as of late. You on the other hand... Well, I could never get bored of my little alchemist. So full of surprises." Kaeya whispered softly in Albedo's ear, which sent chills down the blonde's spine.

Albedo looked to the side, a slight bit of pink tinted his cheeks. "I see. Well, I don't mind you keeping me company." He smiled at the Cavalry Captain and looked down at his desk, remembering the work he was finishing a few minutes prior.

Kaeya softly chuckled, bringing his face close to Albedo's neck. "Well, I don't mind keeping you company either.." The taller man smiled against Albedo's skin and started to pepper the blonde's neck in small, soft kisses.

Albedo's face flushed and his heartbeat started to pick up. "Ah, K-Kaeya... What are you doing?" He stuttered and looked at the door nervously.

"Afraid someone might see us? Don't worry, my love. Everyone has already left the headquarters for the night." Kaeya spoke softly against Albedo's neck. He continued to place small kisses on the blonde's skin as he simultaneously began to unbutton the bottom of Albedo's shirt.

Albedo chuckled to himself, seeing as he fell right into the Cavalry Captain's trap.

"You aren't trying to stop me, dove.." Kaeya spoke with a surprised tone. Usually, the shorter boy would protest when Kaeya got intimate with him in public areas. Albedo turned his head, looking at Kaeya with a small grin. "I've missed these moments between us. You visit me every day, but this is something we haven't done in a while.." Albedo spoke softly, caressing the taller man's cheek.

Kaeya could feel his face heat up. Hearing that directly from Albedo made his heart skip a beat. "Ah... I see." Kaeya spoke into the alchemist's ear, biting it gently. "Well, I missed these intimate moments too, my love."

The Cavalry Captain couldn't deny that he came to Albedo's office with the idea of seeing his lover and having a little fun, but he never imagined the blonde would accept so easily.
