Vella's POV:

I woke up on my bed with my roommate aka new best friend banging on my room's gate

" Vella wake up or we will be late"
Stacy screamed from outside

It's been 2 years since that incident and I never got to see Nikolai from then

I miss him afterall he was my first love

Well I had friends and my grandmother she must be missing me too

I don't know more of them but their leader is surely I know personally

I have been training since then preparing myself for the great day when my revenge will be completed!

After eating our food we left the house and start our journey for Denver

After what feels like hours we reached there
The house was small but it was fine for now
We are not going to live here permanently anyways

Stacy brought some cup noodles with her when we were packing so that's our dinner for today I thought

" Vella are you coming I am hungry already" Stacy called me
I went to the kitchen and sat on the table
" What's now for how long are we gonna hide" she asked with worried expression " you know it too someday they will eventually find us and then what we fight them with our hands...we don't own a gun yet Vella"

" We are already preparing for that Stacy you know" I told her " and as for your concern about guns , I am going to meet a guy tomorrow for it" but she was still worried lost about something in her head

" Don't worry" I told her squeezing her shoulder softly to keep her calm and she nodded

" The boy in the neighborhood I saw today in front of his house is soo sexy you know!!!" Stacy said changing the subject cheering her voice once again " we can have some fun at least " she smirked widely and I know what's going on in her mind

she also started laughing
