Chapter one : The Fight

I started off my day by walking to fifth period . As I'm walking down the hall I feel someone brush up against me . I look to my side and my bestfriend Mason is laughing . What happened? I say curiously I just got a 95 on my History test he says with a big smile on his face. Ayy I say, putting my hand out to high five him. We walked and talked for about thirty seconds before we stopped when we saw some kid getting slammed into the lockers by the school bully Max. Ironically it was my locker. I start walking straight to my locker passing people that were just watching . what are you doing Mason said, pulling on my wrist trying to stop me . Going to my locker, what does it look like I'm doing? ''I say pulling my arm from his grip . When I got to my locker the Max guy that was pushing the other kid into the locker was just staring at me. and what do you think you're doing he said trying to intimidate me to move . opening my locker i say pushing my way past him and going to start unlocking my locker. Well I suggest you move before I slam you into the locker next he said getting closer to me . I kept unlocking my locker, not even paying attention to him . He went to put his hand on my shoulder and right before he could touch me I grabbed his hand, twisted it and pushed him back. Ahhhhh he screamed in agony as everyone just watched with their hands over their mouths shocked. I turned back around to return to what I was doing but before I could even touch the lock he got up and tried to hit me. I ducked and bobbed under the swing and punched him right in the jaw. did your dad never teach you how to throw a punch i say with a smirk on my face . He fell back a little blood on his face and walked away fast, angry and a little embarrassed. I went to my locker that was open and grabbed a pack of gum. As I closed my locker and walked through the crowd of everyone watching me I said all i wanted was some damn gum i walked out with Mason following close behind.
