❥Part 2❥

Sunlight beemed into the room through white translucent curtain falling straight on a girls face. She hid her face in her pillow to prevent the sunlight so that she could grab some more sleep. Her phone that was kept on the night stand started buzzing. Getting irritated from her ringtone she picked up the call.

"Hello?" she said lazily.

"Where are you? Have you left for the airport or not? Don't tell me that you are still sleeping sleepy head" A girl barked from the other side of the phone but it didn't affect the other girl as she was still sleeping soundly keeping her phone near her ears.

"PURVI?" the girl shouted her name from the other side of the phone making her wake up with a jolt

"What yaar Ishi?" Purvi said rubbing her eyes.

"Have you reached the airport? Look at the time Pari it already 9:30 and you have a flight to catch at 10:15" Purvi looked at the wall clock hung infront of her and Ishita was correct she was running late. She said a quick good bye to Ishita and rushed inside the washroom to get ready.

After grabbing all her stuff she left for the airport. Fortunately she had booked a cab before getting ready. Somehow she was able to catch the flight. After traveling for almost an hour she landed in Goa.

She was way too excited as her dream of seeing her best friend getting married was coming true. She and Ishita were childhood friends. They both have literally grown up together and now Ishita was getting married to the love of her life Dushyant Arora. He and Ishita were school sweethearts.

Purvi never really went well with Dushyant in their school days as she thought that he would cheat on Ishita one day or the other but she was shocked when he proposed Ishita for marriage in a school reunion party. She was happy for her best friend and have now started liking Dushyant as well. Finally after an hour she landed in Goa.

As soon as she entered the resort she was engulfed in a warm hug by her bestie. Without wasting a single moment she hugged her back. They both were meeting eachother almost after 2 long months. Last they met eachother in Ishita's engagement and after that their work kept them super busy.

"Welcome Miss. COO. I can't tell you Pari how happy I am to know that you finally got the post you deserve" Ishita said pulling back from the hug.

"Thank you Ishi and I can't tell you that how happy I am to see that you are finally getting married to the love of your life" Purvi said with a big smile on her face.

Purvi met Ishita's and Dushyant's family and greeted them.

"By the way how is everyone at home?" Ishita asked.

"Everyone is good. I am going to Delhi from here to meet them. Life has been so busy from past few months that I am not even able to talk to Maa and Viv nicely" Purvi explained.

"I understand. Why don't you call them to Mumbai?" Ishita asked

"You know na Maa don't like traveling at all and Viv is also busy with his work. Ayush too is having his exams. I don't think it's good to disturb him." Purvi said

Before Ishita could say anything else someone came and hugged Purvi from behind.

"OMG! Purvi Chaudhary is finally here!" the boy said. Purvi broke the hug to see who dared to hug her like this. Looking at the boy's face she couldn't recognise him.

"Firstly I am Purvi Mathur not Chaudhary and I am sorry but who are you?"

"Please stop joking. I know you remember me" the boy said but soon he noticed that she was looking at him with a confused look on her face.

"Come on Purvi don't you remember me? Aman- Aman Mehra? Last bench? Roses? Chocolates?"

"Oh! Aman the creepy guy who used to follow me everywhere in the school?" As soon as the words slipped from her mouth she realised what she had said. She could see Aman's smile fading away.

"Sorry!" she said sheepily.

After having a quick chat with him she and Ishita again started moving towards her room when she stopped on her tracks after seeing a very similar face. It was none other than Kavin. He was talking to a girl and a big smile was present on his face.

"What happened why did you stop walking?" Ishita asked her friend who was now few steps behind from her. She followed her gaze and found that she was staring him and the girl whom he was talking to. "Stop staring Pari. I know Kavin is hot and handsome but that doesn't mean you will stare him."

"Handsome my foot. What is he doing here?" Purvi asked without removing her eyes from him.

"Talking to a girl?" Ishita said and Purvi gave her an annoying look. "Sorry sorry Kavin is Dushyant's best friend."

"WHAT!" Purvi was shocked.

"Yaa but why are you shocked? Don't tell me he is the same Kavin from your college" Ishita asked her.

"Yes, He is the same Kavin from my college." Purvi said and Ishita bursted into fits of laughter.

"I must say it's going to be fun to see you both together" Ishita said laughing.

"Shut up Ishi!" Purvi said and then she turned to see Kavin again and found that he was coming towards them.

"Hii Ishita!" Kavin said and gave her a side hug. Ishita too warmly wished him back. He then turned towards Purvi with a smirk on his face.

"Hii hamster!" Kavin said.

"Don't you dare call me that" Purvi gritted her teeth.

"Wow still not so friendly behaviour, but I will call you a hamster because you look like one" Kavin shrugged his shoulders.

"You know what? You aren't even worth the calories I burn talking to you. I don't wish to spoil my friends wedding, so it will be better if you don't show me your face again" Purvi said and left towards her room.

"I am sorry Kavin on the behalf of Pari. Trust me she is not like that. She talks to you rudely because she thinks that you are a playboy" Ishita explained.

"No problem Ishita and you don't have to be sorry and trust me I will change her thinking towards me" he said putting his hands in his pants pocket.
