Chapter 1:
A different feeling
(There are 2 POV's in this chapter but mostly Clay's)
Characters: Tsunami and Clay
Btw ( is a thought )
"Hey" Tsunami yelled cheerfully as she swung her illuminated ocean blue body
Clay was so memorized by her luminescent scales he didn't see her pounce at him
"Hey" Clay shouted "what was that for?" in a surprised voice
"Noting I just wanted to wake you up from your daydreaming" Tsunami laughed, Clay started laughing awkwardly still looking at her beauty.
"Wanna go to the river to swim?" she asked as she was swaying around in the wind. Clay replied after what seemed like ages to Tsunami "But I don't like the water remember!"
"Oh come one don't be such a baby" Tsunami then dragged Clay over to the river and dumped him in. "Brrrr" Clay rushed out of the water and started to walk over to a sunny place where he could dry his scales.
Tsunami Jumped in the water and started to splash around, Tsunami then drove under water she was gone for what seemed like forever.
Clay started to worry after he realized that she was gone for more than 5 minutes even though eh knew that Tsunami could breathe underwater for hours, he also knew that if she was in danger she could fight and probably kill them if she really had a reason.
Clay slowly walked up to the edge where the river stream was flowing and jumped in. Suddenly something underneath him was tugging him under, in the state of shock Clay was in he couldn't do anything but accept his fate although he and his friends were "Protected" by Kestrel and her other friends.
To his surprise the thing that was pulling him down was Tsunami and she burst into laughter when she subsided from the water. Clay started to yell at Tsunami but was stopped when Tsunami dumped him under the water again. Clay then thought that it wasn't worth fighting with Tsunami.
Then a moment of silence kicked in, This was it, this was Clay's chance to confess to Tsunami the only person he has ever loved in his whole life. (but what if she rejected him, what if she liked someone else, what if she just thought of him as a friend).
It was now or never he leaned in and....
