When we turn on the TV or watch the news, we always see the U.S. government-led with Western countries condemning the Chinese government for human rights violations. This really gives us a misconception as if the U.S. really cares about those Tiananmen students, the Falun Gong, the Hong Kong people, and the Uyghurs. But that's not true. Americans' actions and American words are often different, and by condemning China, the U.S. is just trying to show moral legitimacy and engage in false political propaganda.
The United States has never cared about human rights, and as a victim of the Chinese government, I'll tell you that fact.
I am a Chinese citizen and two years ago I was arrested, imprisoned, and persecuted by the Chinese police because I supported the protests in Hong Kong. Then, I couldn't get a passport to leave China, so I fled the country across the border. Just like the Jews who fled Nazi Germany.
Before fleeing, I posted my posting on reddit and then got some donations and suggestions from netizens so that I could successfully escape from China.
