Robustus had failed, Hawkmoth growled as Ladybug used her lucky charm, Mayura stood frozen behind him, she had tried several times to help him, she loved him, but wanted him to be happy. 

LB- You won't win Hawkmoth! I promise you never will and your miraculous will be ours! Show yourself!

Mayura stood clutching her fan, she could feel a strange era coming off of Cat Noir, something she'd felt close to Adrien.

M- Come sir, I might be able to figure out who Cat Noir is...

H- How?

M- Just come, we have a better chance if we're closer to him.

They jumped out of the window without being noticed and floated across the rooftops to where Ladybug and Cat Noir were waiting for them, they were in a position ready to attack, a helecopter was above them, as were news vans from the ground.

CN- I see you've given up.

M- No, we're just getting started!

She lunged for him and Cat Noir jumped back, feeling the shock Mayura had felt, even from far away. 

LB- What's wrong?

CN- You'll have to fight Mayura, I can't get close enough to her.

M- Backing out so soon pussy cat?

Hawkmoth was suprised, he'd never seen her act so determined before, at the same time, Mayura lunged for Ladybug instead and Cat Noir went after Hawkmoth. He blocked every hit with his staff, lunging and grabbed his right hand, almost getting hold of the ring.

CN- Cataclysm!!

Hawkmoth jumped back, Cat Noir came at him with his hand streached out to grab Hawkmoth's staff, Mayura turned and saw what was happening. Before Cat Noir could flinch away, Mayura leaped in front of Hawkmoth and Cat Noir's hand brushed along her waist. She fell to the ground, all that was left was ash, wich blew away in the wind. Cat Noir froze in fear at what he'd done, the peakoc miraculous was in Hawkmoth's hand, he stared at Cat noir, his eyes screaming bloody murder.

H- Miraculous should not be distributed to children!

He jumped at Cat Noir, pinning him  to the ground, he knocked Ladybug over with a blow of his staff, he pinned her down next to Cat Noir.

H- What do you plan to do now?

LB- Lucky charm!!

It was a water bottle, she had no idea what to do, looking around, she stopped at Hawkmoth and sprayed him with the water, he flinched and let them go.

LB- Miraculous Ladybug!

They disappeared and Mayura re appered behind Hawkmoth, she fell over and Hawkmoth ran over and grabbed her, carefully leading anyone watching off track before jumping back into the window. He detransformed and so did she, he brought her into his office and set her down on one of the small couches. She was still breathing, but holding her misdection tightly.

G- Nathalie...

N- You should've grabbed the miraculous while Cat Noir wasn't moving.

G- I couldn't.

N- What do you mean you couldn't, he was going to kill you!

G- Relax, I can't have you dead too.

She blushed through her pain, quickly she un buttoned her blazer and took it off, rolling up the sleeves of her sweater. The end of it slid up as she adjusted on the couch, revealing immense bruises and scrapes. Her arms were covered in bruises and scratches, same with her stomach and back, Nathalie went pale and pulled her sweater back down, Gabriel had never seen her so pale and pained.
