Another Day

Sooyeon's P.O.V

I am sitting on the bus with my airpods in listening to Anti-Romantic by TXT as I arrive at school. I can see my friends waving from the school entry and running towards me as I exit the bus while taking my airpods out. My smile immediately pops up on my face. "Heyy, there is our favourite sunflower!!" Agne shouts. "Hey y'all", I greet them back. "How was your vacation at your aunts?" Venla asks me. "It was fun, I didn't do that much. We went shopping and I hung out with my cousin. What about you?" I answer her. They both give me a smile. "That sounds fun!! Take us with you next time!!" Agne says and I nod. They tell me about their amazing vacations as we enter the school.

When we enter the classroom, we get greeted by the same mess as usual. We are all seniors, but some people act like children in this class. I sit down on my seat. Venla and Agne sits down on the seats infront of me. The teacher comes in and starts the lesson.

Lunch Time

"I bet my Hyungwon photocard that Sooyeon forgot to bring lunch money today too", Venla says. "I bet air that she didn't", Agne challenges. "Venla gets more air, congrats", I say while Venla starts asking why Agne always needs to bet air. "I have enough of that", Venla says. "Well, let's go get some food and then give your air to someone else right after", I say as I take them both with me to the cafeteria.

After school (play Weeekly)

After finishing my chores, I just scroll down on my old photos. I find a picture of me and my best friend, Sunwoo. We were so close before him and his family moved. Whenever I had a rough time, he would be there for me and I didn't have to think about anything. It was just us, goofing around and having fun. We haven't talked in quite a while, I hope I'll see him soon. I really miss him. Hope he is alright.

My door suddenly opens and my mom peeks through. "Someone is waiting for you. She said you are going to the park", she says and leaves. I pick up the bag I packed when I got home and get the lemonade and berries from the fridge. "Good bye", I say to my parents right before closing the door. "Hey Aurora!!", I greet the girl outside with a smile. "Hi Sooyeon, are you ready?" she replies. I nod and we ride our bikes to the park.

We find the perfect spot for our picnic and puts the food and drinks out. "So, let's start planning the upcomming "Back to School party"!!" Aurora says as she picks up a strawberry. "First we got to know when we should have it. I was thinking this weekend? We don't have any homework this first week so it would be great with some fun right before they real sh*t starts", I suggest. "Yes, that sounds great!! Should we have it outside, it seems to be pretty hot this weekend", she replies. "Okay. Yes, that would be great!! Let's see if we can rent a park for it", I say as I write down our ideas. Time flies as we brainstorm ideas for the party and it's time for us to part ways. "Bye Aurora!! I'll see you tomorrow at school" I say as I get on my bike. "Yes, bye Sooyeon. See you!!" She replies and disappears down the road.

Back Home

I enter the house and go straight to my room. I open my laptop and I watch Banana Fish while eating the rest of the berries. This day have been pretty great. I feel productive. I feel like the senior year will be the best year. I think I will have a lot of fun with my friends and maybe even get a boyfriend. No, that's very not possible- I will have fun with my besties, that's all that matters!! I am excited for what tomorrow will bring.

I get ready for bed and lay down comfortably under my blanket. I close my eyes and get ready to drift away to sleep any second now.
