Personality: Jubal isn't much of a people person simply because humans aren't sea monster people. Why would he like an entire race that thinks of him as nothing but a monster or a fiend? They're not too far off though, he'll eat human flesh if needed. He's a complete glutton and will eat 24/7. Jubal has a bit of a god complex and thinks he's better than everything that's not like him.

Likes: Swimming, Terrorizing Humans, Hunting, Causing typhoons and Tsunamis (pretty much anything to torture humans), He likes baby cephalopods like squids and octopi, rainy weather
Dislikes: ShipWrecks, The Reefs being ruined by humans, Pollution, Land, Sunlight, Harpoons and sharp weapons, his prey being stolen
Strengths: He's practically immortal unless someone kills him. Basically he'll go on living forever unless he's fatally wounded. When he gets out of the water he grows legs.
Weaknesses: Like a fish, he'll die if he's away from water for too long. He'll be fine as long as he drinks some water every so often.

Other: Instead of having a mermaid like tail, it's more Serpent like and is about 30 feet. It's unknown if there's others of his kind. He can grow legs when out of water but will revert back to his serpent like form if even a tiny drop gets on him. His full serpent form is about 300 feet.
