If he wants to transform to a person he has to either have for physical contact with them or he can picture the person I'm his mind. But if he wants to turn into a animal all he has to do is focus on that animal and transform. If he transforms into a human he can have their ability and pretty much the same thing with the animal. Leo also doesn't have any other abilities.

Description: Leo is child-ish most of of the times but will be serious if he has to. he is a very charming guy and really nice as well. But because of his childness he is also stubborn and doesn't care about much things. He is very thoughtful and caring to people he cares. He is really anger all the time, he's usually a calm guy, except for his childness, he can also be loud with out even knowing it.
