A/N aha this feels really weired doing an authors note in the begginning.........anyway i just wanted to say THANK YOU TO ALL MAH FAN NIGS FOR THE ALMOST 800 READS! im freaking out because i have never had any more than 1000 reads on a fanfiction! i am so excited and i really hope you guys like all these chapters because i dont really update that much so.. Vanessa's POV

"OW OW OW THAT IS KINDA MY EAR." I shouted at Elia as she dragged me out by my ear. She just rolled her eyes and let go causing me to rub my ear in frustration.

"That really hurtttt," I complained as I kept rubbing it and then she scoffed. "I didnt even pull that hard." She retorted and I rolled my eyes and walked faster than her causing me to be a few feet in front of her. I looked back at her and she was no where in sight.

I started panicing and pacing around the middle of the parking garage. I stood on the edge of some ledge so people dont drive over the road. I sighed and put my head in my hands. Where could she possibly be. What if she was kiddnaped? What if she just ditched me and left me in the middle of the parking garage?? What if she r-

"RAHHH!" Someone roared out. I jumped at least 5 feet in the air and screamed as loud as I possibly could. Then I noticed who it was.

"YOU LITTLE BITCH I WILL CUT YOU!" I screamed as I ran after Niall as he was roaring with heavy laughter. I couldn't help but laugh at my foul lanugage. I kept chasing him until we got to a dead end and Niall spun around, and was still laughing.

"You should have seen the look on your face!" He said inbetween his laughter. I tried to keep a straight face, but then it started getting harder so I ended up laughing like an idiot. By now we were both on the ground laughing our asses off.

"Ok I gotta admit, that was pretty damn funny!!" I said trying to be serious but I failed miserably still laughing. We both heard loud clacking of high heel shoes and we both looked in the direction it was coming from.

"NIALL what the hell are you doing?!" Selena exclaimed giving me a dirty look and niall just a regular mad face.

"N-nothing babe just enjoying the.....um..." Niall started but I finished the rest for him.

"FLOOR! Hes enjoying the floor!" I exclaimed and her head snapped I'm the direction of me. She glared at me and signaled me to follow her. I did as I was told and we ended up behind a big pole thingy.

"You think you can steal my boyfriend like that huh?" she questioned as she took a step closer to me. I looked up at her and mouthed "no" to her. She kept staring at me and then slapped me across the face. The burning and stinging sensation rang through my body like ice. I winced at the pain and collapsed on the floor. As dramatic as it seems it actually hurt, and I mean A LOT. I couldn't hold it in any longer and I started to sob. Tears brimmed my eyes as I sat on the floor holding my face from the (still) stinging sensation in it. I closed my eyes harder and then I heard footsteps coming this way. Even though tears still filled my eyes I knew who it was. Niall.

"What happened?" Niall asked as he kneeled down to examine my face. As he touched it I winced from the pain that was in that area.

"Oh clumsy old Vanessa hit her face on the pole. C'mon babe we can leave now." Selena scoffed. Niall gave me a sympathetic look and stood up and held his hand out for me. I gladly took it and he gave me a quick but sweet hug.

"If anything happens just give me a ring." He reassured me. He let go of my hands and walked further away with Selena laughing and having a good time. I was jealous. I slid down the pole and hugged my knees. I buried my face in them and started sobbing.

How could my life turn around in an instant?
