Chapter one: "The Trip"

"Hey girls." I welcome Kelly & Sofia at the door.

"Hey girl." they both say in unison.

"Come in."

I say while I'm leading to the kitchen to grab some snacks before we go to my bedroom.

"Girls, I need to tell you something..." Kelly tells us.

"Should we be scared ?" I say laughing.

"Very funny. No."

"Spill the tea." Sofia adds in an excited tone.

"Mike and I did it."

"What do you mean you did it ?"

I perfectly know what she is talking about, I just love teasing my friends.

"Oh come on do I have to draw it to you ? We had sex."

"You did ?!" Sofia shouts not believing her.

"Yup." she simply throws

"How was it ? Did you like it ?"

"Yeah was he good ?"

"Sofia !" I scold her.

I know that it's nothing but sometimes Kelly does not appreciate to share too many details about her, which is understandable when it comes to her sexlife.

"What I'm just asking, I care about my bestie's pleasure is that bad ?" she says and I can't help but let a laugh escape.

Sofia Lopez is the craziest friend on Earth that makes no doubt.

"It was the best night of my life, the best sex I have ever had and I mean it. It was mind blowing." she says her eyes full of glitter.

"At least you're having fun I can't say the same, I'm really happy for you K."

"Oh don't say that please it makes me sad and uncomfortable."

"No don't be. You know I didn't mean to it's just that it's starting to be difficult."

I haven't had sex the in four months and believe it or not it's a lot, even for me. Matthew and I, my ex-boyfriend, broke up four months ago. He moved out of town and I couldn't do the long distance relationship, actually I haven't even considered it or tried. Maybe I just didn't want to put effort for this, for him. Despite all that, I keep very good memories of our relationship, Matthew has been my first boyfriend, the first guy I kissed, the first man who gave me butterflies and made me feel safe. The first guy I slept with.

"Earth to Nina !" Kelly shouts in my ear.

"Arghhh please have mercy on my eardrums."

"Which coat ?" I ask them while holding two different types and colored coats.

"The blue one."

"The black one."

"Okay... thanks for your help."

I guess I am just going to take them both.

The doorbell rings before I have the time to put them in my suitcase.

"You're expecting someone ?"

"Yeah it's Addie, she said she had something to give me for her friend. I'll be right back."

I hurry downstairs before she waits for too long and assume I'm not home.

"Hey."

"Hello." she answers with her usually cheerful smile.
