Chapter 3- On Our Way

*July, night before concert*

I looked at the clothes I had. I searched for a few minutes until I found a One Direction t shirt. It was white with all 5 boys on it. I decided to wear dark blue skinny jeans and white sneakers. I folded my clothes and laid them on my dresser. I quickly brushed my teeth and hair and dove into my warm bed. I put my earbuds in and hit play. I swiftly fell asleep to the sound of the One Direction boys' voices.

I woke up. Aleah, Eleanor, and Maddie were going to the concert as well with the tickets I won. They all texted me trying to wake me up. I looked at the time. It was 2:00 pm. Only 3 hours until we left for the concert. I ran to my bathroom after grabbing my clothes I had laid out the night before and closed the door. I took my pajamas off and turned the water of the shower on. I brushed my hair and teeth while waiting for the water to get warm. I hopped in and quickly cleansed myself.

After drying myself, I got my clothes on and did my makeup. I put light mascara, blush, and eyeshadow on, with a little lip gloss. I dried my hair and straightened it, beings how my hair is always frizzy and curly.

I checked my phone. It only took me 35 minutes to get ready. I texted my friends back telling them they can come to my house and leave their cars at my house. A few minutes later Eleanor texted me. She said she would be here in a few minutes and she brought Maddie with her. Aleah texted me shortly after that saying she would be at my house in a few seconds. I replied with an "OK" and waited for them to arrive. It was only 3:30 pm when I heard a knock on the door. I opened it, greeted by a smiling and waving Aleah. Aleah was one of my closest and best friend. We've known each other since 2nd grade.

Aleah wore a green One Direction t shirt with their faces on it, white skinny jeans, and black flats. Her hair was blonde and pin-drop straight. She was so beautiful. I always envied her.

We talked and laughed at each other until Maddie and Eleanor knocked softly on my door. I greeted then each with a hug and told them to come sit down.

Maddie was wearing a pink t shirt with "1D" printed on the front in white with short black basketball shorts and white sneakers. Her hair was pulled up in a ponytail and was dirty blonde with a few black highlights.

Eleanor was dressed in a black One Direction t shirt and a red jean capris with black Toms. Her hair was almost black and really soft and shiny, she wore it down like always.

We chatted for a few minutes until everyone had all their stuff gathered. We all made sure we had our phones, cameras, backstage passes, tickets, purses, and extra money for food and that kind of stuff. I grabbed my keys and let everyone else out before locking the door to my flat and headed to my car parked in the driveway.

I turned the black SUV on and turned the radio up. I made sure no one was driving in my path as I cautiously backed out onto the road and began our adventure.
