"In recent incidents, a new hero has appeared, wearing a white cape, yellow suit and is bald—"

Saitama had come back down to the planet a few days ago, and he came by his crater that he made, only to find that it was now filled in. Some people glanced at him and paid no mind, others gave him a few seconds of staring, especially since his signature bald head was in the open. Luckily, he wouldn't be stormed by anyone since his apartment had everything. He found a change of clothes and wore it as he walked around the city again, donning the 'oppai' hoodie once again.

From what he's learnt through the news, this world has quirks and everybody has some sort of one. In essence, everyone has the possibility of becoming a hero or villain. Oh, and that there are no monsters, only 'villains', so he has told himself to even knock his power down leagues below what it already was. These are people, not monsters. Unless the situation has become dire, Saitama will choose to apprehend any and all villains.

The day passed by without a hitch or anything. Not much was done either. He did catch a few sales and did some more grocery shopping. Except for when he was by the beach.

"Oh. Hello again." Saitama was waving towards the young boy and the hero he saw from the day before.

"Saitama-san?" Midoriya was coiled in ropes that were tethered to a fairly large metal box. And stop that box was the large and burly man from before.

"Hmm? Who is this, young fanboy?" He spoke in a tone akin to a fictitious hero that Saitama used to watch in his childhood.

"All Might, you met this man before." He sat on the floor, heaving in breaths.

"Really? I don't recognise this guy..." Saitama flashed them with his signature nonchalant face.

"...Ahahaha! So you were the man who slapped the gelatinous villain! Thank you, I was just about to do that. It's reassuring that there's another hero who can catch up with the likes of me." Dismounting the metal steed, he walks up to the bald man before him. A shoulder patted the caped baldy as this behemoth of a man was laughing madly.

Turning to Midoriya, who was getting up with all his effort, Saitama only looked in more confusion and pointed again to the man.

"That's All Might. The number one hero and that also was there during the Slime Villain's attack." Midoriya was panting like a dog, his face red and drenched with sweat. "He was the one who blocked the attack from it."

Saitama took a minute to ponder before recognising the figure before him. He snapped his finger and said,

"Oh. The tired and steaming muscly dude from before, I see." He tapped his chin while looking at this All Might, who was trying his best to suppress all the steam and keep his form for as long as Saitama is here.

Saitama walked from All Might and towards the kid. He sat down with him by the side and asked simply,

"So you're doing volunteering? That's nice."

"Oh— it's not really like that. I'm training since I want to get into the best hero school of the country." Midoriya sounded slightly embarrassed as he confessed his ulterior motive. Saitama didn't bat an eye, though; he was helping himself and the local community. However, when he caught the fact that he was training to get into this prestigious school, he became interested.

"Training for a school? What's the regiment?"

"To clear this part of the beach!" All Might leaped down from the height and landed in front of the two. "I want Midoriya to clear this part of the beachside in order to make his quirk awaken!"
