You & I- Chapter Two

"Wow"Stefan breathed out, his breath hitching his throat just seeing Elena standing there looking beautiful as ever " You look....beautiful"he said eyeing Elena up and down as if she's some delicious meat. Elena let out a small giggle " Thank you"she said walking out " Waiiit!!" Turning around Elena sees her dad running towards them with a camera in his hands " can I have a picture of my princess with her prince?"Grayson asked " daddy!!"Elena wined " don't wine! You don't look pretty, please just one picture"Grayson asked waving his camera around " dont look pretty? I need to go change"Elena said about to leave but Stefan grabbed her arm " You look beautiful!"Stefan reasurred her " I was joking doll, you the most prettiest girl in the room"Grayson said making Elena smile.

Aunt Jenna entered the room leaning against the door "ahem...what about me?"aunt Jenna asked " Oh, hey sis! Your pretty to"Grayson said making Elena laugh, Elena grabbed Stefan close to her smiling into the camera Grayson snapped the photo "okay...now you can leave"Grayson said "Elena, you look lovely! Beautiful really"aunt Jenna said " aw, thanks Jenna"Elena said rushing to give her a hug. Ever since Grayson came back....basically from the dead, aunt Jenna and Grayson have been together, having a brother and sister bonding. Elena told her dad about Stefan and to her surprise he didn't react, he stayed calm like if he already knew...aunt Jenna told him and Elena realized once you tell Jenna...she has to tell someone. Stefan intertwined there hands together heading to the limo outside, the door opens and Damon comes out, Elena jaw drops " look at you....you clean up good"Elena smiled admiring how Damon looked, he had a fine tuxed same as Stefan, his hair was combed back and he looked handsome in Elena eyes. Damon eyes lighten when Elena said that " I really hope Caroline likes"Damon said " likes, she will love"Elena said " thanks.... You by the way look amazing"Damon said. Stefan was just standing there awkwardly, he knew Elena and Damon are close but its still weird for him. " aw, thanks"Elena said smiling Stefan puts an arm around her waist pulling her close to him " remember your mine"Stefan whispered in her ear making her chuckle " someone is jeleous"Elena remarked smirking seeing her boyfriend tense up alittle.

Damon came out of the limo, he fixed himself up fiddling with his jacket and moving his shoes, he was so scared because believe it or not, it was a step in there relationship. Stefan opened the door " you can do it man"Stefan said closing the door. Stefan was right Damon can do it. He was never so scared so why should he start now? Maybe because its the girl you really like. Having the courage he finally marched up to the white house, knocking on the door his beautiful tall blonde date was standing there, in a 80's dress since the theme was 80's night. He ruffled his hair and admired Caroline making her smile " wow"he said "hehe, thanks"Caroline said walking out " let's go before my parents come out"Caroline said grabbing his hand making him having this spark when they touched " na-a-a where do you think your going care-bear"Caroline mom Elizabeth asked "mom"Caroline said turning around making Damon smile " Hello, Mrs.Forbes I'm Damon somerholdan, I'll be escorting your daughter to the dance"Damon said stretching his hands out for her to shake " nice to meet you Damon...please call me Liz, well let's take a picture"Liz asked making Caroline frown and Damon smile " Okay"he said pulling Caroline close to him smiling in the photo with Caroline a not so happy face " Perfect..You kids have fun"Liz said shutting the door " what was that?"Caroline asked " its called being polite"Damon said "Okay...by the way you look good"Caroline said making Damon lit up " really??"he asked "yes! Don't get to hyper"Caroline chuckled " I thought you wouldn't like it....sorry"he said making her smile " why do you think that?"Caroline asked " idunno, I guess you just push me away... When you asked me I was problemly the most excited person ever.... No lie"Damon said making her smile " its just, I'm not ready...I do like you Damon but...as a friend"Caroline said smiling " not for long"Damon said making her laugh " I'm so nervous you wouldn't like this tux"Damon continued she looked into his blue eyes and smiled " your handsome"she said hugging him. the door opened and elena smiled " aww, now get in"elena said opening the door and caroline shrieked " ommg, elena your dress"caroline said 'aha, and yours..beautiful"elena said " hey stefan"caroline said making stefan slightly smile " hello caroline"stefan said enterwining his hands with elena. She looked up at him and she smiled " You both look really good"Caroline said " Thank you....so do you"Stefan said.

After that huge awkward moment, they entered the school dance, Everyone was dancing and laughing " Come on Stefan...let's go dance"Elena asked " nooo... I can't dance"Stefan re-marked " only us Elena"Caroline said " o-okay"Elena said Caroline grabbed her hand and they went to the dance floor and they started dancing " You seem happy"Caroline said " Yeah...I am"Elena said smiling and looking at Stefan who was smiling at her " He's my everything"Elena said " Yeah... That's what I thought!"Caroline said Elena looked up at her and sighed " oh god, I'm sooo sorry Caroline!"Elena said "haha, its okay!!"Caroline said After then dancing Elena walked up to Stefan bobbing her head " Let's dance Salvatore"Elena said making him laugh " I'm drinking"Stefan said " stop making up excuses and let's dance"Elena said grabbing his hand and lend him to the dancefloor. They started dancing, she was smiling hugely, he then cupped her face and kissed her making her smile.

Damon watched the couple and then at Caroline who was drinking her drink "wanna dance?"Damon asked she looked at him and smiled " nope"she said siping her drink " One dance?"he asked " nope"Caroline says "c'mon, just one"He asked she looked at him and smiled " Ugghh!! Finnne, just one dance"Caroline said Damon smiled and immediately pulled Caroline to the dance floor and they started dancing along side with Elena and Stefan.
