'Rosé, to be honest, i still-'

'Hey, sorry. But i need someone to help me' said one familiar voice.

Rosé turned her back and she was so surprised that the hot nurse they were talking about was actually Jihyo, and she is actually a doctor.

They hugged each other and Rosé started to introduce Jihyo and Taehyung to each other.

'i didnt knew you were interested to be a doctor. And i never ever saw you before' said Rosé happily. 'you looks so freakin good' added Rosé.

'Aww thanks. I has always wanted to be a doctor. So, come here whenever you need me, okay?'

'noted, miss. My friend here seems to be a little lonely, maybe you can get to know each other?' said Rosé, trying to match her two friend. 

Taehyung gives Rosé the are-you-kidding-me look as he did not expect to be matched with Jihyo.

Rosé let out a small laugh. And so do Taehyung. Jihyo can only smile at them as she did not understand anything and quietly leave them alone.

'oh, what did you want to tell me before?' asked Rosé.

Taehyung was caught-off guard and suddenly felt uneasy. But he seriously need to confess, and let out everything.

'Rosé, i know this is too sudden. All of this. With me being sick like this, with your test tomorrow.'

'Whats with all this nonsense?' asked Rosé with a nervous laugh as she finally have a hint about what Taehyung gonna tell her.

'You. I like you' said Taehyung and he finally let out a heavy sigh.

'im sorry. I just- like you said, this is too sudden. And im sorry. If, and only if you have confessed 2 years ago, i would definitely be the happiest person ever. I was head over heels for you. I was actually completely in love with you. But now, i felt nothing. Im sorry-'

'wait- 2 years ago? Why? How about now?'

'I find that you are the person that i rely the most, and your kindness is your charm to me. But time flies, so do my feelings. I was waiting for you to confess that i even rejected all my blind dates, hoping that you would suddenly like me.'

'how about now? Is there anyone that you find charming? And do i really have no chance?'

Taehyung spammed Rosé with lots of questions with regret. He keeps on imagining all the what-if situations if the confessed 2 years ago, instead of now.

'i guess, time is not on our side. And now, i find out that, theres no one that i am interested to. I just wanted to have a career before settling down with anyone. Until i fall in love again, and ready to get married, i prefer not to waste any time with school loves.'

'can i wait for you?'

'I suggest, not. As i actually felt nothing as of this moment. To be exact, after i started not to have any hope on you, i started to not rely my happiness on men, but on my own. So, i hope you would understand that. Both as my friend, and as a man'

'of course. Besides, its my fault for having no courage.'

'nope. Its not your fault. Its just that we were only fated to be bestfriend. Maybe you just pray that one day, i will like you again? As i grew up, i just dont care anymore. I'll just love anyone who my heart told me'

*Guys, i knew ya'll wont be satisfied with the ending, but i just felt like, i dont even want her to end with anyone at this moment. I just want the character to have her desired career, and be successful before settling for a marriage. As for love, the character have been loving hard, and should definitely rest her heart. And back to the title, she needs no man at the moment.
