Also, know that (Y/N) is an ADULT in this story, so she is old enough to have "special" moments with Geto. This story also contains strong language and adult content. Please be aware that there are some lemons as well.
There may be some disturbing topics and subject that are not for the underage audience.

You waved with a warm smile goodbye to your worker friend Kurome as you grabbed your bag and walked into the elevator. Your evening shift was finally over as you sighed in relief. You leaned yourself against the elevator wall as you glanced at the numbers of the floor, slowly going down. All you wanted is a going to sleep. You took out your phone as you put the earplugs on, listening to your favorite song.
The elevator door eventually opened as you exited the hospital, glancing back for one last time before you walked on the empty pedestrian walkway. A few cars passed by, as you glanced at your phone again. It was almost 3 am. You walked to the train station and sat down, closing your eyes as you focused yourself to not drift off sleeping.
Your back was aching in pain. It has been worsening ever since you started to take more evening and night shifts than others. You were the only one that didn't have a family, so they mostly picked you when it came to a night shift. You didn't mind, even if your sleep schedule was very messed up because of that.
You always enjoyed helping people. Ever since you were little, you wanted to help others, mostly with injuries. Becoming a doctor wasn't an option, since you didn't have the money for that. You used to live in the countryside of Japan but soon went to study nursery in Tokyo. And here you are, as a nurse of a hospital. You had to admit that you imagined the job a little different, but you overall really liked it.
You got out of the train at your stop as you walked down the stairs, taking a shortcut through the rather poor quarter of Tokyo. Lost in thoughts you were swiping through your phone for some matching songs, as you noticed a pile of blood in front of you.
You widened your eyes in shock as you glanced around, slowly turning your head as you held your mouth. A male was sitting against a wall, breathing heavily while slowly bleeding out. You dropped your bag as you ran over to him, cupping his face as you checked his pulse with two fingers. He was still alive...
You signed in relief as you glanced around and bit onto your lip. I'd take too long for the ambulance to arrive, and they even had to walk since this was a small alley. He wouldn't survive until then. You decided to take him home since your home very close.
You took off your scarf as you glanced a the big wound on his left side. You wrapped it around his waist as you tightened the scarf, stopping the bleeding at least a little bit. You were small and not too muscular, so carrying such a tall wasn't going to be easy.
You knelt as you pulled his arm around your neck, dragging him behind you as you tried your best to support his weight. After around ten minutes you arrived at your door, exhausted. Lucky for you, was your apartment on the first floor as you unlocked the door and collapsed into the living room. Your knees were aching as you pushed his arm off you, standing up as you took a deep breath. You then turned as you went to close the door, looking at the ground. It had a few blood drops on the floor, luckily not too much to think that you killed someone.
You locked the door and quickly rushed back to the man, who laid on the bare floor. You grabbed a pillow and laid his head down as you rolled him over on his back. You had to sew the wound, quickly. You ran to your bathroom and grabbed the first aid kid. You had to get more supplies from the hospital. But for now, it had to be enough, right?
You moved his kimono aside, revealing his bare chest as you glanced at his upper body. His whole body was full of bruises and the scarf which you had wrapped around him, was soaked with his blood. You removed it as you grabbed a white cloth with water, gently cleaning the blood. After the cleaning, the wound didn't seem too bad anymore, you still had to close it fast. You grabbed a soaked gauze pad and gently tapped it on the injury. Afterward, you grabbed the thread and the needle.
You carefully moved closer with your shaking hand, what if he dies because of you? You thought to yourself as you looked at his unconscious face. You slapped yourself as you gently began to sew the wound shut, becoming safer with each pull. You ended up cleaning the wound again and wrapped a tight bandage around his abdomen, glancing at your result.
He lost a lot of blood but he should be fine for now. You walked into the bathroom as you glanced at yourself in the mirror. Your face, your hands, and your clothing were covered in blood. You knew you had to clean yourself up before you even take one step out of your apartment. You removed your clothing and hopped under the shower, cleaning yourself as you put the clothes into the washing machine.
After the quick shower, you wrapped the towel around your body to grab some fresh clothes, exiting the bathroom as you widen your eyes, the man was gone. At that moment of realization, a hand covered your mouth as you were about to scream. The figure wrapped his other arm around your waist, pulling you closer as he hovered down to your ear and whispered in a deep and weak voice.
"And who are you exactly, little marionette?..."
