C̶H̶A̶P̶T̶E̶R̶ ̶T̶H̶R̶E̶E̶

You slowly opened your eyes as you felt a sharp pain. Your head was aching before you blinked a few times, waking up for you laying in the bed? You widened your eyes as you noticed an arm around your waist and slowly turned your head. There was Geto, peacefully sleeping while he gripped your waist. "Kyaaa!" you squeaked and Geto shut his eyes open, watching you with a blank stare. "Why did you-" he spoke, noticing his hand and quickly pulling it off, glanced away.

"Why were you hugging me-" you asked as he sat up, scratching the back of his head. "Well, you were laying on the ground beside me. I couldn't just let you sleep on the cold floor. And besides, that did I realize that I do owe you an apology. You better accept the fact that I was able to bear to sleep in the same bed as a monkey." he spoke while you rolled your eyes before your headache hit you again.

"Mhm, your headache is pretty bad, huh?" he asked, watching you. "How do you always know these things?" you asked before you sat up as well, observing him. "Well, I see curses," he spoke as he pointed at the seemingly space behind you.

Two small curses are sitting on each shoulder, giving you a backache. And one long worm-looking curse is around your neck, giving you a headache. You even have one in your stomach, really uncommon, that is making you faint quite often. I assume you work in a hospital or at a graveyard, although I'd rather guess a hospital. You don't seem too intelligent, so I think you are a nurse." he explained while shrugging his shoulders, yawning as he stretched himself.

You stared at him blankly for finding these things out, just by looking at you. "You know what curses are, don't you?" he asked, trying to stand up, wincing in pain as you quickly hopped on your feet, stopping him. "You better stay in bed," you spoke while you noticed him watching the wall behind you. "Yes, I know. My grandfather once told me about them." You explained.

"You attract these things, don't you? I can see one flying towards you." He spoke as you glanced behind you, confused. "Oh, of course...You can't see them. You are just a stupid monkey." he sighed before you smacked his arm. "Oi, want me to release you of this pain?" He asked as he glanced at you with a seemingly honest intention. "How is that supposed to work?" you asked, crossing your arms.

"I'll take that as a yes. And besides that, I could use any curses that I can find," he mumbled under his breath, before staring at you. Without warning, he grabbed your arm and pulled you onto his lap, your back pressed against his chest. He held up a finger as you noticed a black-looking ball appear. You widened your eyes as you stared at it for a second before he let the ball disappear. Your shoulders suddenly felt lighter and your headache was gone. This was incredible. "Now, there is only the last one left. This might hurt a bit," he spoke as his left arm wrapped itself around your waist, holding you in place as he raised his finger again.

You suddenly felt like throwing up before you started to gag. "Shhhhh, it will be over soon..." he whispered into your ear as you leaned down, gagging and gasping for air. He leaned down with you, keeping you in place while he chuckled to himself. The black-looking fluid left your mouth into the second black ball as you coughed and gasped for air. "Good girl...quite brave," he spoke before he let the second ball disappear in his hand palm. "W-what was that..." you stuttered while his breath tickled your neck. You were all shaken up. "Well, I removed the curse that was bothering you. Thank me later," he spoke as he gripped your hips tighter.

His free hand grabbed your jaw as he forced you to look at him. "Well, you don't look too bad for such a low-ranked creature. And besides that, I could use you for gaining more curse power anyways," he spoke, moving his lips closer to yours and brushing his lips against yours. You widened your eyes in confusion while he glanced at your lips. Was this man about to kiss you? He called you monkey, humiliated you a few seconds ago and now he was about to kiss you?

"Mhm, why don't I make you my little marionette?" he asked as he placed a soft kiss on the side of your lips, before easing his grip. You remained on his lap for a few more seconds frozen before you snapped out of your trance.

"I'll make you an obedient marionette that will only follow all of my orders...you better be prepared."
